Providing Men, Women and Children an opportunity to become better: mentally physically spiritually. Our approach has its roots in martial arts methods developed by the Best Martial Arts masters over the last two thousand years. The Korean martial arts are ultimately self-knowledge. A punch or a kick is not to knock the heck out of someone in front, but to knock the heck out of your ego, your fear and your hang-ups.
In 2007 my daughter enrolled at Bae's Martial Arts. Three times a week I sat in the parent section watching her train, until one day I made the jump and joined myself. In 2012 at the age of 52, I received my black belt and now I help to train younger students and I love it. I was able to witness firsthand the confidence our son has gained.

Services
You can train as many as 7 days a week by selecting one of our packages. 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. BAE'S Martial Arts, with a foundation in Tae Kwon Do, focuses on fitness, discipline, respect for others, and dedication in training to be the best you can be. Students are taught self-defence, fighting in anger is forbidden.
This is the obvious reason kids should do martial arts in this day and age - to get active and moving. In case you haven't noticed, we have an epidemic when it comes to our nation's obesity problem. We're also increasingly unfit in addition to being overweight. The problem is particularly alarming as it relates to our kids.
Our Tae Box program is a great way to get fit while having fun in a non-competitive and non-contact environment. You'll get an awesome cardio work-out and improve your flexibility, while strengthening and toning your muscles in a safe atmosphere. Experience the benfits of kickboxing without the bloody nose.

I started with Bae's Lady's Tae Boxing many years ago. The workout today is just as good as 7+ years ago. Malcolm continues to keep it fresh and challenging! Hands down the best workout you can get.
The environment is friendly, and I've met some good friends I will call friend forever.
If anybody is considering joining you will not be disappointed!
STRONG! STRONG! STRONG!

I trained here years ago for about 5 years starting out completey new and working my way up to a brown belt. I was still younger and my family was moving to a different province so unfortunatley we had to leave Baes behind. After moving to Ontario and joining and quitting multiple classes here, we realized the full magnitude of what Baes offers.
Throughout my 5 years of training my brother and I participated in tournaments, the summercamp, and multiple classes throughout the week. My brother and I made lots of friends within the dojo and it really became a second home to all of us. We got to know

I trained at Bae's when I was young with my brother. My younger sister joined later when she was old enough as well. Malcom is tough but he taught me martial arts skills and so much more. I cannot say one thing about Bae's which disappoints. My body still has memory of all of what I learned and I still have strength because of it. Both physically and mentally.
You have to be willing to work or this is not the place for you. I took my son and he wasn't ready. I took him to another place and I had to pull him because I couldn't watch my son think he was truly learning martial arts. (It was kids

I purchased a Groupon to try out the Women's Tae-Box class. The class itself was a great workout and I was pleased. But at the end of my first class the instructor, Malcom Edwards, told me I needed to buy a shirt and gloves in order to take the class again. He charged me more for the shirt than what I paid for the Groupon. I was taken aback as this was not advertised on the Groupon or his website, and not being in the right mind, I purchased the shirt. Two days later, when I tried to return the shirt that I had not washed or even worn, he would not give me my money back. I can understand needing

Our son's have been training at Bae's Martial Arts Training Centre close to 2 years. I can't say enough about the instructors and the higher ranking belts. The martial arts training they have learned has helped our children achieve confidence very quickly which they apply to their scholastic and extra curricular activities. Bot our sons are competitive soccer and baseball players and are at the top of their game. I would refer any parent to at least visit the centre and learn more about it.
