Should a diamond fall out of its original mounting due to defects in workmanship; the stone will be replaced free of charge, providing that your inspection and maintenance requirements are satisfied. Common wear and tear that occurs naturally over time is not considered a defect in workmanship.

The griffins in orillia is great the ladies are friendly and very helpful. Now the one in the north gate mall in north bay. stay away. My Boyfriend and I went In to look at engagement rings there and the lady was questioning weather not we could afford a ring I asked to see. Think the ladies there could use a a lesson on custom service. Just because my boyfriend was wearing his work clothes doesn’t mean we are broke. Seriously pissed me off.

I was at the st. Laurent Ottawa location. The prices are labeled ridiculously high so that they can have the 70 percent off giant sign at the entrance. Silver necklace and pendant is marked at 399$ and of course 70 percent off. I would not shop here again. The one young lady that help was very pleasant and helpful. Other employees look miserable. Wouldn’t shop here again.

When my ring came back from being sized, I notice a diamond was missing, and they were going to let me walk away with it like that, even though she CHECKED before giving it to me. After it came back from getting a new diamond put it, you could tell it looked like it wasn’t the way it should be. They were also rude about it. They also don’t keep… record of purchase, as we misplaced our card so after 6months it was no longer under warranty.
My ring then BENT inwards a few years later. I decided to take it elsewhere to be fixed/cleaned and have had amazing service since.

I was in the Barrie Mall today and Met this beautiful women Emily, she was just absolutely amazing, we bonded on similarities! She made me feel just absolutely great! Emily shared a story with my friends and I and it really resonated with me, this helped make my decision!!!!!! The customer service was just out of this world not often you have that kind of service and experience.

So completely amazed with the sarnia store. The ladies there went above and beyond to help me out and are super friendly great customer service, easy to work with and completely willing to help you find whatever it is your looking for. 10 out of 10 recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase any kind of jewelry! Even when the world shut down and the store closed the ladies went above and beyond to get my engagement ring back to me. So thankful to them.

I always looked at the store from outside and never went in. My first time visiting this weekend and Honestly they did an amazing job helping me find my ring. I love the variety of items they had available in white, yellow and rose gold. Zeina and the manager at St. Laurent mall were amazing, and helped me try every single combination possible (I… visited the store twice and they were very patient with me). We were not planning on buying my ring now, but they had a very good sale going on, and it just happened :) I definitely recommend visiting the store, especially if you like colored gold
