Brian Davis Jewellery is an established independent jewellery store serving customers in all areas of jewellery design and repair since 1967. We offer a fabulous selection of jewellery and watches from our exclusive suppliers as well as unique custom design pieces created by our Master Jeweller, Brian Davis.

After many years of extensive training, Caroline Davis is now our custom design specialist. Caroline understands the mechanics of jewellery design and can guide you in your choices. There is no charge for an appointment with Caroline or the creation of a wax model. All of our professional staff are extensively trained to recognize what is required to properly repair your jewellery items.

I went in today to get battery’s changed in a couple of watches. The customer service was out of this world! They cleaned my wedding bands for me (ALWAYS free of charge), sold me a beautiful pair of earrings shined and sparking and even cleaned my old earrings for me! And not just all of the extras…they were SO kind and courteous and went so many steps above!!! Thank you again…I’ll be back soon!!

I purchased my son a watch for graduation.
The band required a special pin to adjust sizing.
He went in to see if they would do it for him, they did it while he waited and sent him on his way with a smile.

The friendliest staff who genuinely want to give you the best service they can. I have taken a ring there for multiple repairs, and they have been able to fix and preserve this piece that is very special to me. They even repaired a necklace that is just costume jewelry, and did it with the same attention they would have paid to something that cost thousands. They make beautiful custom pieces as well. Will continue to give this local spot my business!

Hands down the best place for custom jewellery, or to just shop their selection. This is a family business and you will be treated like family from the moment you walk in! Worst customer service I have ever expirenced. Staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. The Asian lady is so rude I am now paying another store to size my ring because I don’t ever want to deal with this place again. Because of her they have lost all the sales for wedding bands and jewelry for my wedding party!

Great watch service. Batteries are installed at cost of the battery. If it can't be done (beyond their expertise) an offer to have the watch sent out for service, or returned to you at no cost.
