My fiance had a custom rose gold engagement ring made for me here. Not only was it sized wrong from the order (which of course wasn't noticed until after he proposed), but when we took it back to have the issue fixed their customer service was far less than satisfactory. I understand these are trying times but the expectation would be that something like this would take precedent judging that the fault was on their end. They held onto it for a week, just to tell us it would be another two. When the issue was pushed they said "I will have your ring back for you Monday". Upon picking it up today
