The Peppercorn Restaurant is defined as a casual dining restaurant with an integrated lounge area and full banquet facilities that caters to the community and local businesses. We are proud to provide friendly, personal service in a welcoming environment by staff and owners that truly enjoy their job.

Owners Doug and Kristine Penner bring over 30 combined years of experience in the hospitality industry along with a dedication and passion for great service. We are known for our great Carver's Knife steaks, aged in our coolers before being cut and grilled to order, and our mile high slow baked cheesecakes, made daily in house.

Hot from the oven, a creamy mix of spinach, cheeses and bacon served with multicoloured tortilla chips. Calamari dipped in a light batter and golden fried, served with house-made tzatziki sauce. Made fresh in our kitchen, ask your server for today's selection and try it in a bowl or a cup. A blend of iceberg lettuce and mixed greens topped with tomato, cucumber, carrot and red onions.

This was a great experience, the waiters and waitresses were very kind and responded quickly when needed, I admire the food taste as it was a plesentary to my taste buds I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody reading this.

Terrible place to eat. I would not reccomend this to anyone. It has gone down the toilet since it was G'News. Food was cold, tasted like it came off the floor and put back on the plate. Worst chicken i have had in years.

Our meal was delicious. Real chicken not rubbery processed stuff. We were served by Trudy who is efficient, friendly and helpful. Doug brought out our meal. Everything was very good. Thank you Peppercorn. It was nice to be back to dine in your establishment again.

Kudos to the Peppercorn Restaurant. We went there for a family member’s birthday this evening. Everything was wonderful. We were a larger party and the service was fantastic. We had everything from appetizers to chicken to burgers to steak and it was all good. The wontons are a fan favorite, as was the Mushroom Chicken Mushroom entree. I had the steak, a ribeye, which was cooked to perfection. The birthday girl had some sort of hot cinnamon dessert which was shared among all of us, and it was to die for. We’ll most definitely be back.

My wife and I stop here frequently. Food is great! Cheesecake is fantastic! Fish and chips, Angry Burger, Steak sandwich and Caribbean salad are all excellent. Haven't tried anything else - hard enough to chose between my 4 favourites let alone adding to the selection. Staff and owners are excellent and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Reasonable prices too!

Excellent food and service. During this pandemic I personally was impressed that they politely asked to verify our QR codes to allow the six of us to sit together. The food is amazing. For desert I had the mus pie. Be aware that you best leave some room before attempting to have it.

Visited this for the first time. We were regulars when it was known as Good News. Interior had not changed but very different menu.
Had the honey mustard chicken sandwich with Asian beef soup. Wonderful flavours. Delicious! Also had the meat lovers pizza on thin crust. Also delicious and not greasy.
Good attentive service.
Only thing that could be better is the coffee. Tasted weak and watery.
