Ordered 2 extra large pizzas in November for an important party we were having. The pizza was far below the standards we have always been used to in the years we have been ordering. When I contacted them you let them know they offered $10 off my next order.
Yesterday we thought we would try again but didn't mention the $10 off and were again disappointed. Lack of toppings and missing toppings. We used to love the quality of the pizzas but are finding that quality is not there anymore. Won't be ordering again.
Thought we would try ordering pizza again after being disappointed last year. Used to

I think our server person was a little tired - I'm hoping so anyways.
She was cranky and not very pleasant.
The menu isn't all that large, slim pickings for my taste.
Or maybe the place got new owners, because once before the everything about the place was good, that's why we went back. It'll be a bit before going back.

The bread was served with frozen butter. The manicotti was thick with the consistency of doughy, undercooked bread. It's supposed to be noodles. LThe sauce was average and very obviously sweetened with sugar and there was barely enough to cover the noodles. This was my second visit in recent years and it was equally disappointing.

Pizza is really really good but the pasta we ordered to go was extremely bland. It was the fettuccine with cream sauce with chicken and mushrooms. Only had a couple bites and wasted the rest. I thought I had ordered the same thing and liked it before but this time was not good at all.

I tried this for the first and sadly the last time. The quality is not worth the high cost. I mentioned I was a first time customer and whom ever I was speaking with seemed irritated to be there, and really wasn’t helpful. The breadsticks were a bunch in a bag and plain with no sauce, no butter/garlic butter on them which is odd. Caesar salad dressing didn’t taste like traditional dressing but was ok. It’s not worth $12 for the small amount. The pizza is not good at all, has a weird dough ball in the middle and it looked like the onion was sliced and not broken up, just tossed on so it was

Fantastic!! Heard a lot about this place but only tried it for the first time this weekend. Nothing but excellent things to say. We needed our food ready for pick-up right at opening 4pm Sunday. So I phoned Saturday and put in my order. When we got there the food was all ready to go within a couple of minutes. Fresh and hot. We mostly all had the veal and it tasted delicious. The portions were generous and the price was what you would expect. I love bread with my meal and their warm breadsticks were fantastic. Will definitely be back.

An icon of Garden City, serving fantastic Italian food since I was a kid. Their pizzas are fantastic, with an excellent crust and tasty sauce. Their breadsticks are incredible, their Italian specialty dishes are fresh and homemade, honestly I've never had a bad meal there. Worth checking out for sure.

This is without doubt the best pizza in the city. We’ve been going to Paradise for almost 30 years. We recently moved and are now a half hour drive away but it is still the only pizza we buy.

Food was delicious. Ive been to both the restaurant and ordered for delivery and not only did they have a great environment/ atmosphere but the service was amazing, great attitudes and conversations. I ordered the same pizza on Canada Day for pick up and the crust was RAW phoned and was offered a credit for next time turned out to be a $5 credit on the $30 raw pizza.This places food quality has gone down over the years you never know if you will get a good pizza or a raw one. After getting back my money from Visa the owner is trying to take credit for resolving this issue.

You should always support local but during these times more then ever, and for good reason! Paradise Pizza offers excellent crust and quality ingredients. My go to is always thin crust and they have one hell of a deal (XL two topping for around $25)

Delivered to us at hotel. Charged u.s four salads but didn't bring. We mentioned it and they never offered to subtract the $23 charge. Food was below standard, chicken got one in our party sick.

We ate at this restaurant this evening and had the most horrible experience ever.

In our party were 5 adults and a 7yr old child. We were celebrating my wife's 35th birthday. This was her restaurant of choice.

The entire evening was a comedy of errors. The server brought 2 people dinner plates for two XL pizzas to be shared by all. She forgot to bring two beverages. We had to ask numerous times to get the drinks.

For dinner we ordered 2 pizzas both with Side Bacon (strip bacon). The server made the point on asking I'd we wanted strip bacon or cdn bacon. We insisted on strip bacon

I would not recommend Paradise Restaurant! It used to be good in the past. I am not sure if it changed ownership or ownership within the family or what?

We have bought Pizza from there twice where the bacon tasted rancid. We let management know and they refused to take it back, give us a discount, or make it up to us in anyway.

What has happened? This used to be a favourite. The take-out mushroom and pepperoni pizza was burnt and the penne paesana -- at $20 -- was about 50 cents worth of penne with a few pieces of red and green pepper, an indifferent sauce, and some slices of about the worst sausage I have ever had in my life. It was, I'm sorry to say, disgusting. If we had been in the restaurant, we would have sent it all back to the kitchen pronto. But as it was take-out, all you can do is bin the stuff and never order from the restaurant again.

We went here for dinner. Pizza was good. I had Veal Parmigianna which was on special ($17). It was good but tasted a little oily; came with a big salad. I think if I paid the full $22 for it I would have been disappointed. Other people with us had pasta plates for $16. They said it was good and they took home a doggy bag as did I with the veal. We asked for Coke and got diet Coke but the waitress took them back and gave us Coke. The waitress was friendly enough. I'd say the place was not bad but I don't really like Italian. If I had to go eat Italian again I'd go back. Looks like
