Based out of North Vancouver SERVED Catering was co-founded in 2012 by husband and wife team Trevor and Michelle Gostlin. Experts in hospitality and making people happy, this dynamic couple has combined their talents, technical skills and business savvy with equal parts of culinary creativity and flair.
Our fresh menus change weekly. They are designed to feed two with minimal cooking involved so that you can easily prepare, refresh or reheat them at home. Some of the items are great to go into the freezer for a later date. All reheating instructions are provided on the meal sticker. We update our website at the end of each week with a selection of weekly menus, sides, sauces, stocks and snacks.
It is important for you to feel confident that the quality of food and service will go above and beyond expectations and create a lasting impression on your guests. SERVED Catering will work with you to create a custom wedding menu inspired by your unique love story. All menus will follow Chef Trevor's philosophy of using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients.
Anything from planning the company holiday party to organizing a hot catered lunch to impress a new client who is flying in tomorrow. When it comes to planning your event, you don't need to spend your time running around worrying about all the little details, that's our job. Our boutique catering company has the flexibility to "cater" to your needs.
We unfortunately had to lay off almost all of our staff. Our kitchen is now only being accessed by 3 people, all of whom have been practicing self isolating at home when they are not here. No one has had any symptoms and we are all healthy! Instead of having to go to the grocery store to buy your weekly items you can order directly though us.

Our served catering experience was phenomenal! We appreciated Served Catering’s sensitivity and accommodation to our needs amid the shifting COVID regulations. Served incredible food for at our party, and did so with friendly, professional service. It felt like having family join us for the occasion! Would definitely hire again!

The morning after the night before - I had the most delicious curried crab cakes with mango chutney for breakfast which Trevor and his team thoughtfully left in the fridge. We had a party for 45 and Served Catering did a fabulous job. The food was amazing, the service attentive and the kitchen immaculate. Thank you!

We had a party for 45 at home catered by Served. They arrived 90 minutes ahead of the guests, made the kitchen their own and produced a spectacular array of canapes. Everyone raved about the food, the service was impeccable and the kitchen was spotless afterwards. I'd really like to entertain that way all the time!

We booked Served for our 30 person Rehearsal Dinner, 40 person Wedding, and the Bridal Party Breakfast for the day of.
We had the difficult task of planning our weding in Vancouver from California. We were nervous booking any caterer because we couldn't make it up to meet in person or have a tasting. We had phone conversations with many chefs and caterers, but after our intial conversation with Served it was evident that they possed the expereience and creativity we were looking for.

The professionalism and expertise provided by the servedcatering team is outstanding. From first contact, food tasting, menu planning and finally to wedding day the team was extremely helpful and calming. I was welcomed to their cozy home for a meal tasting, was given tips and great ideas for the big day. The food turned out excellent and my guests gave ecstatic reviews on how professional and courteous the staff were. After the successful wedding the team was very careful with the rental equipment used. Overall a great and stress free experience!

We hired Trevor and Michelle and their staff for our wedding of 70 people. Everyone from vegetarians, meat lovers, and finicky eaters loved the food. I was so amazed by the flavours in our meal, which was so amazingly rich. They were great from start to finish. At the start, they welcomed my husband for a taste testing of their menu and created an open dialogue to cater to our needs. Served Catering did a fabulous job providing canapés, appetizers, and desserts at my cousin’s engagement party last weekend at her home in North Vancouver. They were able to set everything up in her kitchen and they made it their own.
My favourite items were the prosciutto-tomato-basil skewers and the tuna poke cones, but everything I tasted was delicious. The staff was also very professional. I highly recommend them for any event.

Amazing food with rave reviews from all of my staff at our event! Trevor brought tomatoes from his own garden for the calabrese salad and it tasted fantastic. The banana leaves under the different tapas were a nice touch. Everyone had a different favourite... mine were the chorizo filled mushroom caps :) thank you for all of your hard work!
