As for me, after completing my Bachelors of Art in Applied Science at Simon Fraser University, I followed my heart and enrolled in culinary school.

Services
As we go into the cooler months, we will definitely see a different approach to gatherings, and in turn, our catering process. As we stand by all of the orders put through by the Provincial Government and our beloved Dr. Henry, we will cooperate fully with all of their guidelines. We will gladly work together with you to offer as many safe and tasty options as possible, smart logistics, and ensuring that all of us stay safe and healthy.
As we are all continuously working together to fight this virus, social distancing and quarantine measures are still necessary. I have streamlined our gourmet take out menu, offering delicious and safe choices for your home and office. Tote Includes: mixed green salad or Caesar salad, cookie or biscotti, apple, bottled water and cutlery.
Large inside gatherings can be risky. As we go in to the fall and winter months, we will follow the proper guidelines and restrictions that the BC Ministry of Health deems necessary. Please inquire about our plexi-glass screens for your event. We recommend service staff for these buffets, to ensure safety and hygiene during your event.
Served on a variety of breads. Includes a lovely combination of all our classic fillings. Please let us know if you would like to customize your basket with your favourite fillings. Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese tops off these yummy sandwiches. Thinly sliced in-house roasted beef, Caramelized Onions, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Horseradish Mayo and Baby Greens.
We proudly serve over a dozen schools across the North Shore with our Hot and Cold Lunch Programs. We currently offer both a Hot Pasta Lunch Menu and a Deli Day Menu. We would love the opportunity to speak with you regarding your schools' needs for the programs. We provide cost effective and homemade creations for your children.
