Campus Child Care
We commonly refer to CCCCG as the Centre. We know that for many parents, enrolling your child in care is a daunting part of the parenting journey. In your absence, we're committed to providing the best possible atmosphere - both emotionally and physically - for your child.

On the CCCCG site you'll find important information to ensure your family's time at the Centre is positive and productive, including parent expectations and how we fulfill on our commitment to your child.Reminder - If you are withdrawing your child from the centre, 2 month's notice is required. Events Calendar - Check out what's happening in the upcoming months along with the Menu of the week.
Services
We are a community-based child care Centre fostering a co-operative learning environment for the entire family. CCCCG strives to provide a warm, nurturing and supportive environment that views the child as being capable, competent, curious and rich in potential. This program statement is consistent with the Minister's policy statement on programming and pedagogy and will be reviewed annually.
The Teachers, Director, and Supervisor all possess either an Early Childhood Education (E.C.E.) Diploma, Child Studies degree, or a Ministry approved equivalency and have relevant experience with children. The staff are certified annually with First Aid / CPR training and take part in ongoing professional development.
The Campus Child Care Co-operative of Guelph (CCCCG) has been in operation since 1975; for the first 20 years it was located in the old brick house on Gordon Street. In 1996, the Centre opened its doors at its current location on South Ring Road, adding Infant and Kindergarten programs and doubling in size.
Should you require further explanation or clarification on any information outlined on this Website, details are available in the "Manual of Policies, Procedures and By-Laws". A hard copy is available from the Director upon request. To save trees and photocopying costs, you can review our key policies online.
Parent Testimonial - Our daughter has been in every program at CCCCG from infant to kindergarten. She absolutely loves "little school" and has grown up with most of the current teachers and staff, while maintaining friendships through every class as her buddies grow with her. Staff appear to be treated very well and staff retention seems to be very high.

Staff are super nice. My son started there during covid and we were not sure how it would go but from the first day he enjoyed his time and he's learned a lot.

We've been so happy having our little guy at CCCCG. It's not the most modern center in town but the staff (and the food) make all the difference. Everyone is kind, genuinely cares and goes out of their way to keep us posted on what he does while he's away from us. Every time we've moved to a new room, it's felt like we're leaving favorite aunts and uncles. But then we feel the same way about the new staff!
We couldn't ask for better people for our little person to spend his days with.
