Services
Nerkin Ouj is a Martial Art oriented on a person's inner power, based on traditional Martial Arts. It's a modern Martial Art that involves kicks and hand strikes, take-downs, self-defence, breathing exercises, and patterns. The art itself was established to allow everyone to participate, whether 4 years old or 80 years old, and achieve success relative to their own potential.

Through our positive motivational techniques and in our non-competitive environment, our Youth Students are instilled with all of the best qualities of respect, self-confidence, and self-discipline that Martial Arts training has to offer.Combined with a highly active exercise component, our Youth Classes will help your child remain happy and healthy within a safe and positive environment suitable for ages 4 to 12.

Our Adult Program is suitable for individuals aged 14 up to 85. The teaching method of the Academy is unique. Energy Martial Arts blends ancient Martial Art traditions, producing a program, which taps into and strengthens the Inner Power (Nerkin Ouj) available in each person. Inner Power (Nerkin Ouj) - the motivator - is based on positive energy.
An Energy Marital Arts birthday party is a fun and exciting way to introduce your child to the benefits of martial arts. Each party begins with a fun; skills based Martial Arts class to teach flexibility, coordination and reflexes. Each class is followed by a variety of age appropriate martial arts themed games where the birthday child is the center of attention.
Although our approach is always focused on individual success, some students want to learn in an environment that is tailored just for them. Engage our instructors to tailor classes specifically to your goals and needs as you learn to focus and channel your own energy, and use your body with precision and discipline.

Each time I attend a class at Energy Martial Arts Academy, I am impressed to find a truly excellent environment to learn martial arts and see the "goodness" of people. The quality of the people, instructors and students, is inspirational. When you are being taught you can feel that your instructor cares for your training and wellbeing. Being a non-competitive academy it fosters a very positive sense of community. Attending these classes are some of best times in my week!
