You can get to the best fishing spots in our protected bay on one of our 16' aluminum boats (25 hp outboard) to fish along the 795km of Lake Nipissing shoreline. You can choose to rent either a one- two- three- or four-bedroom cottage, each with spectacular waterfront view and a dock for boating or fishing.
Your cottage is supplied with 4-piece bath, hot and cold running well water, baseboard heaters, propane barbecue, and comes with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery for the kitchen. Satellite TV and the Internet is in your cottage as well. Lake Nipissing is the start of the true north in Ontario.

Deluxe Camp has been serving anglers and the more adventurous holiday makers for over 50 years. You're protected from the prevailing winds, which means that most days you can get out on the water. From your dock you can access many great fishing holes in no time at all. You can quickly get to famous fishing spots like Cache Bay, West Bay and The West Arm.

The owners were communicative, from when the booking was made to when their guest left their land.
They created a comfortable, clean, and welcoming space for their camps.
Stanley and Khanh helped create magical memories for their Deluxe Camps .

My family and I had a wonderful trip in July 2021. I just wish that we could’ve had more time. Great place for kids and adults. Activities include fishing, kayaking and more. Or even just spending some quiet time enjoying beautiful scenery. Accommodation is super clean and affordable. The owners are helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely come back next year.

It was last minute 3 day stay. Very accommodating. Cottage was very clean and cozy. Rented boat for 2 days but we had bad weather second day so they refunded a day. Outstanding owners very friendly. Looking to book next year as soon as we can figure out holidays...Hopefully they have cottages available . Highly recommend this place. 👍

Loved everything about this cozy cottage. Owner was hilarious and very active making sure his guests were comfortable. Checked in with us a couple times, which we liked. Cottage itsself was incredibly clean and well taken care of. We’ve booked this spot again this year and we’re anxiously waiting to go back! Private docks, fire pit, swimming pool, everything you need for the perfect staycation.

Had an amazing experience here and the scenery makes it that much better. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owners are the kindest people and super helpful. I came here with 6 buddies and Jay made sure that we were fully equipped for everything. He even took the time to teach us to fish, very stand up guy and he truly knows how to be a proper host. Don’t hesitate to come here with friends or your family!
