I was a resident Oct 2019 - Jan 2021. They exploit their residents' vulnerability to make them uncomfortable voicing complaints or properly advocate for themselves. If you express concern, they say "we hear you" and then do absolutely nothing to address the issue.
They put their residents up against a rubric and any deviation (for example: residents who are neurodivergent) is regarded as "misbehavior".
Their mind games were so triggering to me that I willingly chose to live in my car rather than stay.
