She has over 25 years of combined experience as an educator, school counsellor, and registered psychologist in private practice. Dr. Sidhu began her professional career as an educator in the British Columbia public school system prior to embarking on her career in psychology in 1990.
She completed her master's degree in counselling psychology in 1991 from the University of British Columbia, and worked as a school counsellor and in her own part time private practice.She provided preventative, crisis, and remedial intervention to students and their families and conducted workshops and presentations for teachers, parents, children, and youth.

Client Issues: Currently, we offer services for a variety of issues including adjustment to injury, motor vehicle accidents, traumatic events; critical incident debriefings; pain and disability management; workplace stress and return to work issues; anxiety and mood disorders; driving fears/phobia or other fears/phobias; interpersonal/relationship issues; pre-marital counselling, couples/marital issues; parent-child relationships; behaviour management; child/adolescent and school related concerns; young adult issues; identity/self esteem issues; bi-cultural or multi-cultural identity issues; stress management; grief and loss; sleep issues; and life transitions and life skills.
