I have been a patient of this office since Dr. Younes took over from Dr. Jury. Dr. Younes and his staff are professional and friendly. I have told my coworkers I enjoy going to the dentist as it is almost like going to the spa! The chairs massage and have heat options plus you have the option of watching Netflix while you are getting your teeth cleaned!

I have been to the same dentist in Québec city all my life and then I got posted. I had to find myself a new dentist but I was very scared that I would go to a bad one… so I went with the recommandation on facebook. When I went for my first appointment there… Wow! I immediately felt good. Staff is great and the place is beautiful. They made me do… the tour of the place and I got a gift to thank me for choosing them. They have people that speak french working there so it is a huge win for me and they offer a lot of services that you usually have to go somewhere else to

Update: I had a root canal done by Dr. Alkoury who was absolutely amazing, I didn't feel any pain throughout, not even during the numerous needles and probing. The crown looks amazing and I'm in little/no pain right afterwards. Can't thank him enough and Nandini for her upbeat attitude and ability to talk me through all my questions.
Thank you also to Lisa and Lindsay who made the whole process a breeze

My kids and I have been clients for 5+ years now, having switched to them based on glowing recommendations from friends and neighbours. Both of my kids had complex orthodontics done here - all the steps and costs were laid out and made transparent, with no surprises along the way, and the results were amazing! Everything can be done in-house, which is great for replacing retainers! All the staff are very professional and pleasant and get to know you. During the pandemic, I always felt safe to continue booking appointments due to their stringent protocols.

I came to see Dr. Younes after losing faith in my previous office. I had developed severe clenching as well as cronic migraines and neck pain due to a tooth that required removal.
Upon removal of the tooth, the symptoms began to subside and eventually we went ahead with the procedure to add crowns and further correct my bite.

I have been a patient here since I was a toddler. The last couple experiences have been terrible and disappointing, to say the least. When you call to explain specifically what you need done and describe the urgency, take an entire day off of work and drive an hour, only to show up and not have the dentist there who is the only one able and… qualified to do the work (lingual wire repair) - and then have a hygienist complete the work (but only as a bandaid as she isn’t qualified to do it the correct way) and then have it break again a couple of weeks later - is frustrating. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff of You Make Me Smile; always wonderful and always smiling.
The amount of safety efforts during the pandemic has been second to none! We have four children and on that has ortho once per month and we have been pretty regularly since the pandemic started. I couldn’t believe the amount of PPE as… it’s more than I’d seen anywhere else including hospitals and other dental offices!
Dr. Younes went above and beyond for our son while his office was closed when his space maintainer came loose and was causing him some discomfort
