Lois graduated from the Sutherland Chan Massage School and Teaching Clinic, 1989. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), as well as the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She has been a massage therapist since 1989. Lois has a real passion for people and their care, which has led her to this calling.
She incorporates techniques she learned in continuing education courses, including strain/counterstrain, Eslan deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, pregnancy and labor support, pelvic pain, and so much more. Lois believes massage therapy is an effective and natural way to maintain optimal health and prevent injuries.
