Services
We understand that you may not be free to meet with us between 9am and 5pm. That's why we do our best to schedule weekend and after-hour appointments with you to work around your hectic schedule. We don't forget about our clients. It's our mandate to periodically inform each client via email, text or phone call about the status of their file.
Big banks or private lenders, refinancing a property can involve a lot of conditions, forms and timelines. We take a structured approach to tackling your refinance. Easements, agreements, caveats and liens have specific registration and removal requirements. We can help with document registrations or removals off of title.
Careful consideration is required when planning your estate. We take a structured approach to assisting you with planning how your estate is to be divided amongst your beneficiaries and work with you to ensure your will accurately reflects your intentions. Personal Directives are documents that name people to act on your behalf as agent to make personal decisions for you (ex: health and living) when you can't.
In clause 6.2 of the standard Alberta Country Residential Purchase Contract (the "Contract"), the buyer makes a promise to the seller that they are eligible to purchase "controlled lands" as defined in the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations (Alberta) (the "Regulations"). But what does that even mean?

Pranav is an absolute stud! He handled the sale of my townhouse and also the purchase of my new house during a pandemic which I'm sure wasn't easy. We were thrown some unexpected curve balls and he handled them like a pro and dealt with them so I didn't have to waste my time dealing with the city and a big 5 bank. 10/10 would recommend.

Mr. Khemka was so wonderful. He was quick and knowledgeable. We bought and sold a home with him as our lawyer and it was a wonderful experience.
