We also run many specialized programs such as Co-Ed Boxing, High Performance Athlete Training, Seniors Weight Training, Seniors Boxing, Youth Fit and more! At Core Fitness, we are Fitness Experts. Our owner, as well as several of our trainers, are Kinesiologists with many years of experience training and instructing all levels and ages of participants from elite athletes, to seniors and beginners.

Services
Core Fitness Offers fitness testing performed by certified fitness appraisers (CSEP). A fitness test can give you a baseline measurement of your fitness level and aid in designing an exercise program, based on areas needing improvement.
Full Fitness Assessment (CPAFLA format): The full appraisal measures your resting heart rate and blood pressure, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and muscular power.Approximately 75-90 mins in length. Body Composition Assessment: A determination of percent body fat and your relative health score according to Canadian (CPAFLA) standards by means of skinfold calliper testing.

GROUP POWER - Combining traditional strength training with functional moves, this high-rep weight training class is sure to blast all your muscles in a fun, fast-paced environment! TABATA - Named for the inventor, Tabata style training has been deemed one of the most effective types of workouts! Higher intensity intervals, 20 seconds in length of cardio or strength moves, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
