Nothing short of absolutely outstanding. I had my very first bridal appointment January 22 and let me tell you am I ever glad I chose Superior bridal. Carlos was a true gem and I wouldn’t have found my dress without him!! Due to covid I could only bring my mother and mother in law, but, I planned on face timing my sister, sister in law and niece. Let me tell you, Carlos was calling on my behalf to make sure my family was included but also that I was able to fully take in the experience of trying on gowns and not being caught up with my phone. My two bridesmaids and I had SOmuch fun with Carlo. He is definitely an expert when it comes to dresses and he made us laugh a lot as well! There was a HUGE selection. I showed up with a picture of a dress I had liked and explained what I didn’t like about it and he easily found me the perfect dress within my price range. The very best bridal experience! I was fortunate to work with both Angela and Carlo to find the perfect dress for my special day . During my first appointment Angela was incredibly patient and really listened to what I wanted . Even when my eyes perked up to dresses outside of my price range she helped to steer me back. On my follow up appointment Carlo did the thing and helped pick out the perfect veil and reassured my decision that the dress I was debating a few days before was the one . I never give bad reviews to a place but I just had to this time. I Visited your store yesterday and was incredibly excited since this was the store I was REALLY hoping to find my dress at. The dresses were… gorgeous and I certainly LOVED one. But the service was unbelievably abhorrent!!! My consultant was sloppy, condescending, lazy and rude. I was trying to be understanding since she had a physical disability but she was pushy and shockingly rude. Simply the best! I got my dress here 4 years ago and my little sister just said yes to the dress this past weekend. An amazing, wide selection of both sizes and dresses to try on, and by far the prettiest gowns I’ve ever seen. This is our third family wedding so we have been to a bunch of stores and honestly, if you’re looking to go to a place where you will find something to buy the same day, choose Superior!!! The upstairs Reno is absolutely gorgeous, the experience was so fun, and V truly knows what dresses and styles will work for a bride. Cannot recommend this store enough!

The first wedding dress I tried on was at Superior Bridal it was incredibly beautiful and instantly stood out to me, I knew it was the one because it suited me so perfectly and I couldn’t have found my dream dress without Carlo! He was a huge help, was so patient in helping me look for exactly what I wanted, gave me his honest opinion, has so much knowledge on dresses, was never pushy like other dress stores were and overall just does so well at his job. Superior Bridal are masters at what they do. I had an amazing experience with Carlo finding my wedding dress. He’s kind, fun and extremely knowledgeable. I had THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE TODAY at Superior Bridal, because of Carlos (IG: @eventsbycarlo)! He listened to endless details that I envisioned for my dress, he was so sweet to my girls even when they had so MANY opinions. He made it such a fun and relaxing time and yet was absolutely professional! Telling you gals he knows what he's talking about. He went above and beyond and honestly I wished he was my friend who I can talk to on the regular. I had the most amazing wedding gown shopping experience today at Superior Bridal in Markham. Their selection is so big and diverse and Maya, who helped me during my appointment, listened to everything I said I liked and was so incredibly patient and helpful. The dresses she pulled for me to try on were all so gorgeous and it was very apparent that she took into consideration my preferences. The whole experience was amazing and I picked a dress that I love! I would highly recommend Superior Bridal for wedding dress shopping. Not only is the location so uniquely beautiful on the outside, it is so bright and elegant on the inside. They have rows of beautiful white dresses, high ceilings, and long golden vintage mirrors that really make… you feel like a princess. The thing that most impressed me was from the moment we walked in there was no pressure or up selling.
My daughter went there knowing the dress she wanted and tried on one other style to please me and another that consultant Elena picked. Of course she chose the dress she originally went in for but was so much fun to choose accessories and a veil.
The staff were genuinely pleased she found her dream dress and we can't wait to go back for the fittings

The best selection of bridal gowns. They have a variety of sizes to try on, accommodating plus size girls. Elena is the best consultant you will ever find. She it funny and makes you feel so comfortable whatever size you are. She knows how to make you look like a princess. Their newly renovated boutique is bright and spacious. Best bridal boutique!!!

After seeing Superior Bridal pop up all over Instagram and Facebook, I decided to make an appointment, especially since I saw that had a Black Friday sale coming up. The pictures online and reviews made it seem worth checking out - even with it being a far drive for me.

To start off, my experience at Superior Bridal was no bad. It started off extremely well and the consultant was super friendly and nice. We shared ideas and brainstormed for a bit till we both picked out 2 gowns for me to get started. I tried on about 6-8 gowns during this appointment. Mid way, I slowly realizing that she was full on hard selling me and her opinions of dresses on me was once genuine and no longer...

Superior should be your first and only stop! I had a world of trouble finding a dress and a number of not so great experiences with bridal stores around the gta- I probably tried on close to 100 dresses. My friend Annie recommended I go to superior before giving up- and I'm so glad I did! Gabriella was extremely helpful and made me feel super comfortable, she was extremely knowledgeable and really seemed to care I find a dress I love.
Superior made dress shopping fun and easy and their pricing on dresses is very competitive. I wish I had known about Gabriella sooner!

I have been to about 10 bridal stores in Toronto and found the process at Superior Bridal to be chaotic and unproductive. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told I could walk around the show room. There was hardly anywhere to sit to wait for the consultant to take us in for the appointment. Fifteen minutes later, after no one had greeted us, my mother finally said something so a consultant came to help us. This bridal shop is a converted home turned shop. It's just off the road by Kennedy so make sure to open your eyes or you will blink and miss it! Bonus for the shop that parking is on site- so no paid parking needed!

And while I did find MY dress during a first visit - I came back quite a few times before I was like 100% sure

The service here is pretty friendly, although I'm not so much in love with the state of their parking lot, which leaves a lot to be desired - as in it isn't really paved with a few potholes here and there - but it is a minor detail.
