I broke the clasp of my bracelet quote some time ago but never found the time to look for a shop to repair it. I found Lucio's and I feel lucky to have found a store with excellent service. They are very friendly and the workmanship is excellent with reasonable cost for repairing my bracelet. I would not hesitate to go back for any future needs.

I had a watch resized here that they did while I waited. What a nice family. They even offered me an espresso. Looking through their displays while I waited I saw some really quality pieces and the prices seemed reasonable. I have been looking for a new jewellery store as the one I used to be loyal to shut down. I think I may have found it.

I had my engagement ring custom made here and it is perfect. Dealt with Vince, and from the initial visit to production he was informative and knowledgeable and made honest suggestions for the design that would make it better, without trying to upsell. I really appreciated the time spent and will be back.
