Paramount offers very practical instructions for your road test as well as safe driving in long run. With the help of instructor Jason, I was able to pass the basic road test on my first attempt, even though it was raining during my test. I highly recommend Paramount driving for your basic as well as advanced road test practice lessons.

I took the basic road test for 3 times until I got my driver's license(class 5 GDL). The main problem of this driving school is that the coach teaches you how to drive on roads and do parking, but he doesn't mention what kind of mistakes you may easily make during the test while teaching you. And I spend $300 more just for taking tests to finally find out what I missed/didn't pay much attention to during my previous tests. Pretty annoying. In general, you can come here to learn how to drive, but this is not a good place for preparing your basic road test.

I would never recommend Paramount Driving School to anyone who is thinking of gaining their licence. This guy is a serious nut case. He tried to pass my semi trailer 3 times this morning. First time he tried to squeeze down the side but the road narrowed, then he tried again, but oncoming cars stopped him, and then he tried for the 3rd time but this time he got past even with a semi trailer was coming towards us. In short: He doesn't "practice what he preaches" to his leaner drivers.

The instructor (Jason) was extremely patient with me, which I think is the most important factor as an instructor. With persistence to make sure I knew every road sign, tricks and things to be cautious of, I fast became more comfortable and confident behind the wheel. I was scared and afraid but he relaxed me and it helped me a lot. I strongly recommend this driving school if you are new to the road.
