First off there are not enough stars available to express my satisfaction and gratitude towards this pharmacy. The staff treat you better then most of the chain pharmacists in the area hands down. This is definitely the right choice for most people's needs. The staff are helpful and very pleasant to deal with, they take the time to make sure all of you're questions are answered and if it's a new file for them or a transfer of medical files they do the leg work to get all medications taken care of and correctly in a timely manner and keep you up to date if they are not immediately available with

This place has been incredible. Changing our family pharmacy from a big place to Kim at Robin's Pharmacy was a great decision. We now have an additional health practitioner for our family, who sees and knows our family, offers useful, individualized information, goes out of their way to research and get back to us, and is over-all great. Our young kid feels safe and taken care of there, and so do we. I highly recommend them.

Robin's has been my pharmacy since I moved to Vancouver more than ten years ago now. They've been amazing - I was honestly floored when they remembered my name after the first visit. They have taken such good care of my family, despite us being an awful lot of work for them. If we need info on the meds, they'll always take the time to discuss them - and we always get a heads up on any potential issues or interactions. They're what a community pharmacy should be. Heck, they even do compounding - barely any pharmacies do.

I visited this pharmacy a couple months ago and NONE of the staff were wearing masks. I don't know the reason behind their decision or whether they think they are immune to COVID-19 but they need to understand that customers don't feel safe when they walk in and see a couple mask-less staff in a small poorly-ventilated place. They have simply defied the BC indoor mask mandate and have created an unsafe environment.

Robin's is a model example of a superlative local pharmacy where staff actually know you (and your whole family - including your dog!), and provide excellent service and advice. If they don't have an item in stock, they'll happily order it and call you when it's ready. Super happy to have this business in our neighbourhood.

Amazing people, they go above and beyond. I am housebound and they spend their time after closing delivering medications to those in need.
They are also SUPER fast at filling prescriptions, what took 4 to 5 hours at Shoppers Robin's gets done in 20 minutes.

This is the epitome of the friendly local business. Robin and his staff are very friendly and personable, and always willing to lend their pharmacy expertise (and know when it's time to say "you should ask your doctor that"). The service fees are good, and in store they have a rather quirky selection of on the shelf pharmaceutical products as well as other things... like honey!

Was my local pharmacy for a couple of years and in that time I found myself completely eschewing the major chains in favour of Robins. Having two young kids I found myself in here quite a few times, but I was always met with friendly and knowledgable staff who helped me find what I needed every time. On one occasion my wife needed to custom order something fairly urgently that she had been told would take a few days by a larger pharmacy - after speaking to Robin, he managed to pull some strings and got the item she needed on the afternoon of the same day.

There's this really lame thing that I do every single time I pass Robin's Pharmacy: "Oh, hey! It's my pharmacy!" See? So lame. So very, very lame. But the fact that this drug-pusher is my namesake (or: happens to have my name in its title) has nothing to do with its solid five star rating.
More pharmacies should be like Robin's. If I'm out of a particular prescription that I take on the regular, they'll fill enough to last me (without a new script, mind) until I have time to see my doctor. Does this happen with the big chain pharmacies? Not so much. I like

To say Robin and his staff are helpful, knowledgable, and caring is an understatement. Locally owned and community minded. They give great advice. They stock just about everything you could need in a pharmacy and will bring it in quickly if not. They will even let you pick up an emergency prescription when the store is closed... try doing that at London Drugs!

This pharmacy is one of the top three businesses that I have ever patronized. Robin, Warren, and the rest of the staff are consistently courteous, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and hard working. I recently experienced a very challenging health problem that persisted for over 18 months that involved a team of doctors and specialists; Robin provided expert advice while helping me stay within a graduate student's budget.

This pharmacy seriously deserves all of the great reviews that it gets. The guys that work here are super friendly, chatty and full of information. Also, they're one of the quickest pharmacies that I've ever visited. There's none of this wait-20-minutes-for-them-to-print-out-a-sticker-and-put-it-on-the-bottle garbage; these guys will have you ready and out the door in under five.
Honestly, unless it was an emergency and Robin's was closed, I wouldn't take my prescriptions anywhere else. Nice job, fellas.

Despite being a well-lit, nicely laid out drugstore, Robin's somehow feels more like a local cafe. The staff are super friendly in a relaxed way. People always seem to be dropping in just to chat. Entirely the opposite of a clinical chain outlet.
It's not big, but they've got almost anything you could need, and much of what you might want. And you can't beat the location.

Honestly, I just can't believe how friendly and helpful they are in there. Any questions about health and wellness are answered clearly and to the best of their knowledge.
They also always have deals on random things and gifts. Check it out, and then check into Bump & Grind cafe next door.
Parking is easy too, just drive up Venables to the residential part.
