Apparently Taunton Tire said I caused most of the damage because I kept driving even though I was on the mountains in BC pretty scary spot to be stuck two-lane highway in the mountains with logging trucks flying bye
I’m sure they’re going to respond to this that they tried to work something out

Left my car at 8:30 am to get the rim/tire swapped (I already had tires installed onto the rims placed in my car) and at around 1:30 pm the job still was not complete. They let me know it was gonna be done by E.O.D. I assumed with how easy of a job it was, it wouldn’t take too long and at the latest it would be 2:00 pm even with a bit of rush. What a shame as they don’t even offer an appointment system as I would have taken that over being bound to my phone and wondering when I can pickup my vehicle.

If your in the Durham region and need tires these guys are the best around. Cheapest by far, great service, fast!
Recently purchased all new winter tires and rims, though email they were able to give me quotes on several options including rim and tire sizes that would work best and reduce cost. They got me in quick for an apt during the busiest season, and worked with my busy schedule.

Cheapest tires and service I could find but you get what you pay for. They put new rubber on existing aluminum wheels for me. They obviously rushed and stripped one lug and stud, tried to cover it up by installing another lug on the already damaged stud and sheared it off. I'll now have to take it to a shop to have that repaired and it will cost more than it would have to have a proper shop do it in the first place. I have a couple friends that have had issues here also. When they were walking me through the damage they tried to blame it on cheap import parts. That annoyed me even more but I could

Called in to have some tires swapped for the season, guy said " no problem, come in bright and early 8am the next day and we'll take care of ya first thing"
I show up, there's twenty individuals in line.
Trying to hog up as much clients as you can with no indication of how many will show up.
Just say "sorry man, we're busy, come the next day"

Just under a year ago I got a flat tire and it happened to be right by their shop. It was winter time so they were just as busy as everyone else putting on winter tires for customers. I went to them desperately explaining how had a flat tire and I know and understand how busy they are but if they could possibly squeeze me in for a quick patch or help me put on my spare tire I wouldn't mind waiting for them as I had no other options. My jack in my car was taken out and forgotten to put back in so I could not change it myself. They did not even hesitate or take a second to check before telling me

This company is a Mickey Mouse company who hire kids n don't train them properl. tried to get a friends tire off their grandmother van snapped the 1/2 breaker bar trying to loosen maxed torque wrench off on reverse ( snap on torque wrench) at 250ft-lbs was clicking right away told them to go back as this is dangerous and have them fix this when he went back the owner argued saying that his guy ( me) was doing it the wrong way and bashing my name down. while my friend was sitting there watching there tire tech installed someones tires with the air gun until it stopped dropped the car droc it

The lady behind the counter needs an attitude check, quoted me 35 a tire on the phone and charged me 55 a tire on the bill. For someone who has worked in the tire industry I'm extremely disappointed. And they Forgot to put belongings back in my truck bed. I asked for black lug nuts, I got chrome. I will not recommend and will not be back.

I ordered winter tires from Taunton Tires in Oshawa on October 21, 2016. My budget was $900.00 Tax, install, balance etc. all in. I spoke with Sara who was very helpful and based on the $926.60 quote, I made the decision to order from Taunton Tires after shopping around to at least 5 other Tires Shops in the Durham Area.
I had the tires installed on October 31st, a long 1.5 hour wait but not too surprised given the fact that they were so busy. Paid them and off I went.
After my drive home I noticed a service light that came on with a tire light. I called Evan (the manager) at Taunton Tires
