This is the start of our 11th year here at The Passionate Painters and it's been a rewarding ride. We started out small and modestly doing only interior residential painting. We're still a small company but now we're a closely knit team of painters with various relevant skills. It's the experience of each member of the crew that gives all of us the confidence to tackle new and different projects.
As time has gone on, we have responded to our customer's requests to take on different work especially things like plastering and drywall repairs that are sometimes necessary before painting can begin. Now, here we are a decade later and we're restoring woodwork, refinishing exterior wood entrance ways, and using spray equipment for those specialized projects.

Interior house painting was how we started The Passionate Painters back in 2009. It's still the largest part of our business today. Many in the team bring with them a wealth of experience in other related painting businesses but that only strengthens our ability to deal with the daily challenges of each new project.
Costs for exterior house painting vary depending on the materials your house is made of, the length of time it's been since you painted last and the condition of the finish now. Generally speaking, painting the exterior of a home is much more expensive than painting the interior. For one, the exterior of your house is probably a lot more dirty than the inside.
When we started The Passionate Painter back in 2009, the goal was to keep it simple and specialize. The thinking was that if we stuck to what we knew best, we could make a name for ourselves as a company and become the authority in residential painting. Things didn't exactly turn out the way we'd planned.
Most people ask us if we're going to take the door off and take it away to refinish it. We could do that but then you'd be left with a big hole in the front of your house. So even if we had a shop and even if we could get your door off the hinges, safely onto a truck and taken to a shop (that we don't have), we'd need to charge you to fill the hole with either a temporary door or block it off with a big piece of plywood.
Over the years we've been asked to take on projects which would fall under the category of handy-man services. Attached are a few galleries of projects we've done in the past that we're proud of, but don't fit into the neat category of painting per se. For us, this is just another way we want to show people that we're up for more than just doing painting projects.
