I received the best service from their wallpaper expert, Fern. From the start, it was a very positive experience. Despite lockdown restrictions, I experienced timely, detailed professional, customized service. The service was reliable and honest. They responded to all my emails and did not want to over sell to me with too much wallpaper or too little. I highly recommend Fern at Primetime. A very delightful experience.
