In 1985 I started with the company as a Branch Manager in Sarnia, Ontario. As President of the company since 1985, I have had the wonderful opportunity of working with students from all over the United States. Being able to mentor and guide them in finding their true potential as young business men and women is extremely rewarding.

Signed a contract to get deck stained. They required a deposit of $280. They came and power washed the deck which I had done a few weeks before. There was some damage as a result of their power washing. They then said they could not do the job because of a lack of help. They only returned $200 of my deposit and said the rest was for their time power washing my deck. Something I did not need if they weren't going to stain it. When I questioned the reason behind not returning the full amount I was met with arrogance by their manager Chris Persiko. When I called the main office several times

Absolutely horrible service. Would not take any recommendations of "please don't paint in the rain" and ruined the front of my house. After months of waiting to start the job they completely rushed the job and caused more damage than good.
Then tried to repair there mistake just but ended up making matters worse. My hands are tied because there contract limits them from any liability for repairs that they may cause (but insures they will get paid!).
They demanded payment for there poor quality job.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I wish I could provide something positive to say however we were quoted for a job back in March and the job was expected to start in May. Received a phone call two weeks prior to when we anticipated the job being started to be notified that the date would be pushed out till July. Just received a phone call a week prior to when they were supposed to start the job to be notified they have to cancel all together. Waste of 6 months.

They quoted the job! Came out one day to paint. The next day I had to call three times. They came out at 11 am. Told me their $3000 Quote was invalid. They claimed it should be $12,000. Noah Ellinger a manager and Jacob Brauer an employee proceeded to post fake reviews about our business on Google. BEWARE!

Keep away from this business. You have a bunch of poorly trained students who will be sent out to customers homes to learn on the job. I had them paint my exterior let me tell you the problems I had with them.1) Poor job of prepping to no prepping at all 2) Painted surfaces having poor finish with bubbles and patches galore 3) Paint started peeling even before they left the job 4) I had to keep pointed out the poor quality over and over again (Trust me I am no painter have no clue but when you see that your newly painted exterior looks terrible by looking at it from far you have a problem). 5)

BEWARE!! This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company- ever! Their attitude and professionalism are not my biggest complaint. My issue is that they did $4200 in damage to my car and refuse to provide me with their insurance information. That's illegal in case anyone reading this was wondering.
The "manager" had an attitude from the moment she stepped foot on my property- but I wasn't hiring her to be my friend I wanted my house painted. The boys that were working on my house were as sweet as can be and I really hate that they are grouped

Our home was just painted yesterday by Student Painters. These guys are all college students working over the summer to pay for their tuition. It took the crew of 4-5 guys one day from start to finish. We did do a little prep work beforehand but that's because my husband chose to do so. They arrived promptly on the date and time specified and got right to work. They were courteous, hard working and professional.
I read the other reviews and our opinion is positively different. I know there are different crews and they change seasonally, but Vincent and the crew he had yesterday did

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The promise was a quality long-lasting (8 years he said) deck painting at an affordable price. What we got was a flaking deck after 6 months, followed by lies and terrible customer service.
- I had to have them come back THREE times to fix mistakes and poor quality finishing
- The paint on every part of the deck is flaking and now looks worse than it was before the painting
- The manager came to look at it and admitted the work was very poor and that it shouldn't have happened
- However, he then said nothing can be done about it!

We were extremely pleased with Lorenzo Hernandez and his team of Student Painters. :Lorenzo and his crew of college students did an excellent job of painting the trim on our house. It was a big job of scraping and calking and preparation before painting. The group was very professional, skilled, and meticulous every step of the way! They did a great job painting the trim!! And the students were extremely pleasant and competent each day. We are highly grateful to Lorenzo and his team in each step of this painting process. Luke and his team in Western Mass came to my house to paint and power wash my home. They completed the job very quickly and efficiently and it looks great! I MIGHT have hired this company to paint our house. I stress 'might' because they have terrible reviews and from the looks of the houses they've done in our sub, their work is nothing you'd want to pay for. But now, I definitely won't. Why? Because they just knocked on our door on a Sunday evening making our dog go crazy to sell their service. There's a huge "No Soliciting" sign RIGHT on our front porch. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Local manager continues to lie to this elderly man! Job was supposed to be done last week, Travis is now arguing with my husband and saying "we can't give you a date" after saying the job would be done last week!
Student Painters took a deposit from my 89 year old father-in-law. Job was not done, phone calls not returned. Supposedly the girl he gave the money to no longer works for them, but someone will look in to it and get back with him.....no Painters, no phone calls, no refund! Sounds like their main goal is to dupe senior citizens.

Do not hire this company! My 80 year old father with Parkinson's hired them to paint a rental property. Given that their price was the lowest, we did not expect it to be perfect, but they flat out skipped painting glaring sections.
After management promised to come back to fix it, they changed their mind when most kids went back to college. They refunded $300 which will not cover the cost to get another painter to come out and complete the job.

I had student painters stain my deck last July, and already this summer the stain is peeling off. Not sure why stain is peeling, but I'm guessing either they sealed the deck then stained, or the stain is not good. I was told to pick a stain from Sherwin Williams, but they said I could pick any stain I wanted, there would not be an issue. When they stained the deck, they told me I needed another coat and I'd have to pay more, which now made them more expensive than another company I quoted that guaranteed 1 coat was enough and if not, they'd cover the cost. When I called this summer, it took over
