Incredible buying experience! Mark took the time to point me in the right direction for my family needs. ZERO pressure! I visited many dealerships in my search and Blue Moon is THE place to buy.

We purchased a boat last June from Blue Moon. First time we put water in boat, the starter failed. Brought boat back and they replaced starter. This year the starter failed and another mechanic found that they used imperial sized screws instead of metric screws, causing starter to almost detach as bolts failed. Very labour intensive to be repaired. We did winterized our boat with them last year but when we picked up boat in spring, the stern drive was never put down we had to replace U joint bellows. Will not be going back.

If I could give 10 stars for them I would!!! Blue Moon is incredible and the staff is awesome! This was my first dealing with a place not close to home and the boat was exactly what they said it was and they did everything plus more for me to make sure I was happy and the boat was perfect. Thanks again Blue Moon Marina!!!!!

My wife and I were driving around looking for a family boat this spring feeling discouraged as we found that private deals were very disappointing-poor quality and "shady" deals. We dropped into Blue Moon Martine and met Mark who found us the perfect boat for our family. He did not rush the purchase but, answered our many questions and made sure we were fully equipped for summer fun. When we came to pick up the boat we had trailer light issues and his mechanics immediately got on the job and had us moving down the highway safely. I would highly recommend Blue Moon Marine!

I was interested in buying a used boat he had listed for 10k. When I called to ask a few simple questions about the boat Mark knew absolutely nothing about the boat. Couldn't tell me if there was any soft spots in the floor or transom, he couldn't tell me what shape the bellows were in and when I asked about how many hours were on the boat he just said it had an analog hour meter and those things are to easily changed to be trusted. It's unfortunate because I was genuinely interested in the boat but not to drive 4hrs to answer my own questions. Big disappoinment Mark.

I purchased a 2013 Legend at Blue Moon last September and drove 6 hours and stayed in a hotel to be there in the morning. We finished the paper work and Karl was helping hook up the boat and I noticed you could put your hands between the glass windshield and the upper frame. Karl says - No Problem - wait for a warm day, take off the frame and bend it into place. I should have left the boat there but didn't want another 12 hour trip. Karl's suggestion was a scam. 6 marine and auto glass companies laughed at me in Ottawa. I called Marianne at Legend and they couldn't find any frames. The only option

Happened to be driving by Blue Moon Marine in August
Decided to stop in as I was looking for a very particular boat.
I sat down with Karl and discussed my needs…as it turns the boat I was looking for would be coming off the water in a few days. I said I would return (we live three hours away). A few days later the boat was in, Karl and I made a fair deal on the boat and made arrangements to have it delivered to my marina.
The boat was turned over to the Blue Moon Marine Shop for some TLC …. they did a great job detailing the hull and interior.

My family and I are first time boat buyers. We felt we were in really great hands with Mark and the Blue Moon family. Everyone was very knowledgeable. We felt that they had our best interests at heart. Not only did we get a great boat at a great price, but we were able to arrange delivery to our slip within a week of purchase and arrange lessons with Marty to ease our transition to becoming a safe and successful boating family. We should have read the reviews about this dealer buying salt water boats. We bought our first used boat with them last year and trusted their word and expertise. On the second ride we had overheating issues and leaking fluid. They did fix it but this should have been our first warning. After that we had the same issue again and took it to a trusted and reputable mechanic. Turns out this was a salt water boat and everything is corroded. We are now at least 5k deep in parts. Extremely disappointed in our experience.

Mark was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new boat. He always had time to answer the many questions I had during the multiple visits and phone calls regarding the boat. Once we made our decision Blue Moon moved quickly to have the boat and all paperwork ready for an upcoming family weekend getaway. We have thoroughly enjoyed our new boat and will definitely call Mark in the future if we decide to upgrade.
