The production manager Vinodan Reddy and his team of hardworking colleagues had repaired and painted the front bumper of my vehicle. The color matched perfectly from the bumper to the fenders. They are an ICBC express shop and the time it took for my vehicle to be ready was within a weeks time. Vinodan Reddy is highly educated and very professional when it comes to inspection and estimate's.

Mr Reddy and his team did an amazing job with repairing my car! Someone had damaged both front and back driver doors and the windows glass broke everywhere inside the car! I really appreciate the detailing and time spent to repair and they finish the work in 2 weeks and now it looks brand new! They provided great customer service from the very beginning and when I came to pick up the car!

Was trying to put my rear plates on an older vehicle and the bolts were completely rusted. The head of one of the bolts snapped off, while the other was not able to come out at all. Called these guys to see if they could help me out. They were very pleasant on the phone, told me to come by. When I came in, they helped me drill new holes and helped me install the new plates. Even included a licence plate frame. Didn't charge me for any of the work. Owner was super nice along with his worker!

Unbelievable service!!! Not only did they do a flawless job of repairing my car, they also completely detailed my dirty car!!! When I move into Vancouver, it is WORTH it to drive into Burnaby to go here!!!
At first I thought about doing the repairs on my own dollar and even though they were going to keep costs low, Mr Reddy suggested to go through ICBC and then he was able to fix everything. And the car that they loaned me was great so I wasn’t stuck for the week while my car was in the shop. I’ll definitely recommend and demand that my friends and family go here because they won’t get ripped

Excellent service - from the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car! Quick, convenient, excellent customer service! Brought my car in because someone attempted to break into my car - popped the driver door lock off and scratched up the back passenger door. Found Beta Auto on ICBC website and chose to bring my car here because it's super close to home. So glad I chose this place - the young woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. I was given a nice courtesy car and my car was fixed up perfectly and quickly! Highly recommend this place!

Great location if you want body work done, just make sure to talk with Reddy Vinodan. He ensured the work was done perfectly! However, if you want any mechanical work done, I highly recommend you turn elsewhere, unless your looking for a cheap, low quality job. I took my car in again for brakes, tune-up and an oil change. Turns out, my brakes were incorrectly installed, they forgot to do the oil change (I still paid for it), and the tune-up reduced the overall performance of my vehicle. I ended up paying extra by having my car re-serviced at a proper dealership. Great location for body work, horrible

I needed body work and repairs done on my car. I wanted someplace close to home and needed a loaner car. Beta Auto Body was on my valet list from ICBC, so I checked Yelp and after seeing the excellent reviews, I made a decision to come here. This has to be one of the best decisions I could have made. I have received nothing but prompt, courteous and exceptional service. My car looks and runs fantastic, and the price can't be beat! I have since returned to get more automotive work done on my car, and although there was a mishap with a part, no fault of there's, Beta Auto made sure to correct

After yet another repair job here, loaner car included, I am totally impressed. Just had the rear bumper repainted after it was badly scratched by hit and run driver. Actually same repair after it happened exactly a year ago. Repair is perfect. Total car wash and vacuum too.
Over many years I have had all car repairs done excellently here. Blended painting so that u cannot see any difference or mismatch. Reliable work on my past BMW, Camry, Corolla, and Altima. Most were scrapes but BMW was front end body.

How many Auto Body Shop managers do you feel like hugging after your service? I can name one, and his name is Vino. From the very first call, he made me feel like I was his top priority. I was able to come for an assessment the same day and drop my vehicle off the following day for repair. Vino truly cares about his customers. When I told him I had a baby, he made sure we got his best courtesy car. He made sure the car seat was installed properly, and that I was comfortable in the vehicle. I found the customer service here exceptional good. There were a few complications involved in my repairs but it wasn't through any fault of theirs. The outside services that were required, damage the work that was already done to my claim. So anyways, Reddy was always keeping my up to date and status of the claim. He was sincerely apologic about the whole thing. None the less, I was never without wheels. Courtesy car provided

I bought my car here two times and they would fix other things that that didn't need to do! I rear ended someone and they still painted the scuff marks on my bumper!!! My car was extremely clean when they returned it. It felt like a detail job :)! I highly recommend this place because this shop is a family owned, and they take pride in what they do here!
