Oh, My, GOD!! I’m never going to any other salon again!
As a 16 y/o, I don’t really get my hair cut without a parent coming along, but I did for the first time today. It sounds small, but I have several anxiety disorders, so it was a huge thing for me. The salon has such a welcome environment, and doesn’t have the hanging feeling of judgement that I’ve felt from LITERALLY every other salon I’ve been to!
The staff at the front desk were so kind and immediately quelled my anxiety! I got my hair done by Steph, and she was amazing. Incredibly chill, but not in a slob-ish way, just enough

Yesterday was my first time at the salon , I called last minute and they fit me in with Stephanie. Lucky me!!! She gave me the BEST haircut and style, first time in 6 years that I have not run home and washed my hair and restyled it. She listened to my issues I was having with my hair and cut and styled it perfectly! Everyone there is so friendly and professional, (Stephanie and her apprentice,Sara and Emily ) so thank-you all for a great experience. I will be back and I will refer anyone I know to your salon. See you in a few months!

One fine morning I had the urge to cut off my mane of curly hair. Steph has been doing my hair for years and understands the devil known as “curls”. She did an amazing job with my pixie cut, and helped with selecting styling products afterwards. I feared my unruly locks would leave me looking more poodle than person. But I left the chair a young Halle Berry. I expected Pierce Brosnan to come pick me up in the Aston. I could not be happier! Amazing atmosphere, people, and service.

Joanna did a fantastic job lifting my dark hair and toning it without it being too brass or too ashy! The price is completely well-deserved for the beautiful result you get.
I was at the salon on Dec 18 and their adherence to COVID precaution measures made me feel very safe. Everyone (clients + employees) had their mask on the whole time and each station was being sanitized every time there were movements amongst the clients.

Had my first haircut in over a year. Sara did an amazing job. She also made some great product recommendations to help my hair cope with the frequent washing after work. Also, Salon Cyan did a great job with public health measures! Everyone was wearing a mask and building capacity was kept low. I’ll definitely be back :)

I've been to many salons in the past, but not one compares to Salon Cyan. I'm incredibly picky, and the stylists are always so patient, understanding, and AMAZING!
The salon offers talented stylists, impeccable service, and an amazing amazing atmosphere (massage chair anyone?). It's so great that I still get my haircut in London, even though I'm now living in Toronto.
If you're looking for a tiny trim or a trendy new style Salon Cyan is the place to go. These stylists know their stuff!!
