Glendale Motors Automotive Service is committed to repairing most makes of vehicles quickly and accurately. We know you live a busy life. That's why we always try to make all repairs the same day. To get you going quickly we provide courtesy cars (available for a nominal fee by appointment) or customer shuttle service.
The NAPA AUTOPRO Peace of Mind Warranty provides you with 24 months/40,000 kilometres of worry-free protection on qualifying parts and labour performed at your NAPA AUTOPRO service centre, and is honoured at over 16,000 NAPA AUTOPRO and NAPA AutoCare locations across North America. Electronic engine management system and other onboard computer systems (engine, body, brake and suspension computers), cruise control systems.
If your vehicle is within 40 km, it will be towed back to Glendale Autopro and Tirecraft OR, if beyond 40 km, then at our discretion to either Glendale or to the nearest authorized NAPA Warranty Centre. Great local shop with reasonable prices! I do a lot of my own auto work, but for jobs that are out of my range of expertise or I need in a rush, I'll turn to Glendale. Most recently they completed an alignment on my '91 Corolla GT-S. Following the alignment I had a slight issue with the steering wheel being very slightly off-center (it wasn't much, but I'm quite picky with that sort of thing). They had followed-up on my service to make sure I was happy, and promptly corrected the alignment issue once hearing of my concern, much appreciated!

Dave, Dan and Nathan. F (service advisor) were so kind and professional. I came in with a flat tire on their busiest day of winter tire changes and they completely took care it! They were so busy but still made time to help me out. We have never had a bad experience at Glendale motors which is why we have been going for years!

Great first experience at Glendale Motors! I had a slow leak in my tire, and they were able to book me in the very next morning to get it resolved quickly and easily. Really appreciate the fast accommodation, professionalism, and the very competitive price for the repair. Would be happy to return to Glendale for other services on my vehicle.

The Glendale team can complete most any job needed and are very clear in explaining what the issue is, best practices to fix and getting the repair done in a friendly and cost effective manner. The oil change lube shop lead by Captain Dave is comparable to The Avengers. A crew of superheroes. Our truck broke down in the evening and I sent the Glendale advisors an email that night to let them to know about a tow truck delivery in the morning. They responded first thing in the morning to let me know they're expecting it and they'd schedule it in. When the truck arrived they quickly diagnosed the issues and sent photos and descriptions of their recommendations. They got it up and running the same day. Thanks for the quick and accommodating service.

I took my car in for work that was ‘strongly recommended soon’ by a VW dealership. I told them what I wanted, and they were quick to accommodate. Here’s the kicker: they recognized I didn’t need the work, called me, and told me. I’ve never had a mechanic so honest as to tell me I didn’t need work done, when I had already accepted that I needed it. They could have easily taken my money and not thought twice, but they chose the honest route. They earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you!

Disappointed by the "ultimate" car wash for $14. I have often gotten the $12 deluxe for routine washes and have been happy. This time after a road trip to the cottage I decided to pay for the best option (ultimate wash) as it lists features like "bug blaster" treatment. Unfortunately, I'm pretty disappointed at how dirty my car still is. I have attached a photo as an example.
