One of our specialties as a lifestyle photographer in Calgary and area is to capture the essence of you or your team in a manner that tells the world not just what you look like, but who you are. We are able to photograph you on location in a casual portrait, or in action doing what you love to do most.
Food photography and photographing in a fast paced restaurant always provides unique challenges. Today's challenge was to create photography for a signature dish and two new menu items. We wanted to showcase the preparation as well as a new portrait. We recently had the opportunity to photograph a very talented artist who was one of the finalists in the #FacesofCanadianHealthcare artwork contest by Health Pro Canada.

We were introduced to Edward on the recommendation of our wedding planner, Faye, and it was one of the easiest and thankful decisions for the day. His professionalism and experience were vital as he was herding our large family for portraits; or making the little ones smile AND look at the camera; and most importantly, reminding us to absorb the moments. When we started looking for a wedding photographer we didn't quite know what we were looking for...once we were introduced to Edward's work through our wedding planner, we knew, that's what we were looking for. We were instantly drawn to his photos as they are more than just nice photos, they are art. You can feel the passion and emotion though the images -- they are breathtaking.
