Services
All of our massage treatments, including hot stone, are performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and will be issued with a receipt. All massage treatments include the use of aromatherapy excluding Pre Natal Massage. A more focused therapeutic treatment recommended for those who receive massage on a more regular basis.

As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for". This place is absolutely amazing and I won't go anywhere else. I've had massage services, pedicures, nail treatments, facials and microdermabrasion treatments. Not a negative experience with any of them. I always leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and stress free. My sleep improves instantly!

Sarah has magic hands and a fantastic vibe, makes you feel so comfortable. I visit Sarah for migraine treatments - best scalp and face massage ever! In other areas she can feel the tension, stress and knots that need to be worked out. She has solved what drs diagnosed as either nerve damage or tendonitis- after leaving Sarah's treatment, no pain and it didn't return. I was extremely fortunate to be her client when I had a back injury 2 yrs ago and she modified treatment to get me back to myself.

Exceptional service, friendly faces, calm relaxing atmosphere.
First and foremost, I love the relaxation room that you are seated in to wait for your appointment. Dimmly lit, calm music, trickling water and a nice fire place. If you have time, come to your appointment early to sip on a coffee in here - you wont regret it.
I see Sarah here for massages, and i highly recommend. The eucalyptus oil they use here is amazing! She is always very professional, positive, and hard working. She seems to have a good background in phyisio therapy as she sometimes gives similiar treatment as my physiotherapist

Instantly when you go in you’re completely relaxed. The receptionist is so pleasant and everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The spa itself is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. They’re waxing services are always above satisfactory. Just recently I went in for a massage and immediately after, I booked one for myself and my boyfriend in a few weeks!!
