CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life. Crossfit is best experienced alongside others who push us to move well and work hard.

The Elements Introductory session is 2-hour session where we introduce you the CrossFit theory and methodology focussing on the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit plus a couple extra teaching points along with a short workout.It's free and fun! Great, experienced and fun coaches. CrossFit Chilliwack Group Fitness classes are a fun, effective and safe way to loose weight, and keep fit. They even have personal trainers that help fill in the gaps to focus on form and specific goals. For instance, I have a fun personal goal to build the strength and balance to walk on my hands and perfect double-unders and maybe even triple-unders. So many possibilities with a great team of fitness professionals.
