Ines Di Santo makes the most gorgeous dresses, but the customer experience is what makes them shine even brighter - it was nothing short of exceptional. Being able to add in customizations, getting the dress fitted by the in-house tailoring team, and the overall customer service brings Ines de Santo to another level. I got my dream wedding dress back in 2019 with them and finally got to wear it for my wedding in 2021. Throughout the pandemic they were so kind and accommodating. A special thank you goes out to Catherine, for everything!!

From start to finish, Catherine and Filorin (apologies if I am spelling your name wrong) were amazing. I had previous dress appointments at other boutiques where I left feeling discouraged. I called Ines Di Santo on a Friday afternoon and was able to secure an appointment for the very next day. This was during a very busy time where stores were only open for a few weeks last Fall. Catherine was extremely accommodating with making sure I was satisfied with my dress, no matter how many fittings it took to get it perfect. I cannot thank the Ines Di Santo team enough for making this such an enjoyable

I’ll start off by saying the ladies at Ines.. Stephanie and Catherine are so helpful! I was so stressed looking for a dress as every store was telling me that i needed to make a decision fast. The team at Ines were so comforting and sweet that when i found my dress i knew it! I’m not an easy bride i wanted customizations and a visual of how the dress would look and they were right by me showing me everything! Thank YOU ladies!

Catherine made me feel so special and guided me during my many appointments to find my dream dress. Catherine is wonderful!!

Ines Di Santo created the perfect dress for me! Catherine assisted me from the beginning and was fabulous. They stayed within my budget, and created a dress that was unique for me. Specifically, the bust the the dress had to be completely re-created. Straps were added for support, and lace details added. The team was determined to get it PERFECT and it was! I highly recommend. A lovely experience!

I happened to come across the store by chance, and luckily they had an opening for a walk-in appointment. I ended up walking out with the dress of my dreams!! Exceptional customer service from Lisa, who didn't rush me once, despite the fact that I came without an appointment. The gowns are truly exquisite, and I feel so lucky to have found this designer. Each gown is custom tailored to your measurements, so I can only imagine how well it will fit once it is made for me. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding dress that encompasses both glamour and edginess so perfectly

Although I did not ultimately get my dress at Ines di Santo, I had a phenomenal experience here. My consultant, Melissa, was patient, professional, and helpful, and not once was she ever pushy. I visited twice to try on a number of gowns, and Melissa helped me with ways I could modify gowns to suit my preferences in terms of style, cut and fabric colour. Melissa even ordered a runway sample in for me so I could try on a dress I liked in a smaller size. The dresses are high-end and are priced accordingly, but they are certainly good bang for your buck, especially compared to some other brands and
