Services
We utilize a multidisciplinary team of professionals from the medical and rehabilitation fields, to provide our patients with personally tailored treatment. To appropriately treat our patients, we provide our patients with a wide variety of healthcare services and diagnostic services. Diagnostic tests like MRI's and CT scans can be ordered in as little as 48 hours.
Downsview has doctors and healthcare providers who specialize in different areas working together toprovide our patients with the most comprehensive treatment. Our collaborative approach is the best practice in terms of treatment planning and care for accident victims. Downsview Healthcare has been providing MVA victims with treatment for over 15 years.
If you have recently been injured in a car accident, it is important to contact your auto insurance provider to file the report and get the claim started. Once you have done this, contact Downsview Healthcare and made an appointment. Your first visit, we will evaluate your function, pain, severity of injury, and prescribe the appropriate treatment program.
A successful applicant must have valid RMT licence, clear communication skills, patience and attentiveness with the patients, a positive attitude towards duties. Fluent English is a must. The applicant must be fully licenced in the province of Ontario, and registered with the CTCMPAO. Requirements: must own a fully insured four (4) door vehicle, have a full G driver's license, must be familiar with the GTA area.

The staff here are highly knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and lovely. They provided me with a treatment plan that best suited my needs. I was in excruciating pain from my injury. Simple daily tasks were extremely challenging or unbearable. I am astonished at how far along my recovery has come! Thank you to all the wonderful staff! A very special thank you to Dr. Alex. Had back pain that wasn't going away after an accident went to therapy in a different facility that didn't help. Lawyer recommended to transfer to Downsview. Chiropractor did several treatments followed with massage and physiotherapy and after a little over a month I saw a big difference. Reception was very helpful and always tried to accommodate even when it was very busy. Also they have provided transportation so I didn't have to take the TTC. Definitely will recommend to anyone who was involved in car accidents.

I don't usually write reviews but decided to write one for this clinic. I have been treating here for both of my car accidents and so far I am very happy with the services. I had issues and confusions with information regarding my claim and was unable to reach the lawyer to get answers and was very upset about this but the staff in the clinic was very helpful, they took the time to go over my treatment plans and explained everything to me. I feel much better now knowing at least the status of my treatment. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

The reception desk staff is very unprofessional and unorganized, especially the tall girl (don’t know her name). She seems clueless ,no communication skills at all, and does not convey a positive image of the clinic. She is a bad receptionist who does nothing more than frustrate the patients who attend the clinic for therapy treatments. A receptionist that fails to connect with customers can hurt your business long-term by causing complex issues with customer trust and your clinic’s reputation that are hard to undo.Receptionists that treat customers/patients like pests will run your customers
