Proactive Health Care Team provides total treatment care to help patients that are suffering from a wide range of injuries such as back & neck pain, sports injury, post-surgery, work injury, plantar fasciitis, heel and foot pain, arthritis, and other acute and chronic pain. Our clinic is competent of providing efficient restoration and helps the patient to reduce the amount of productive time lost in their job due to accidents.
Since its founding, the Proactive Health Care Team has been providing its patients with full medical services including Physiotherapy, Chiropody, Chiropractor, Manual Osteopathy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Custom Orthotics, and more. Physiotherapy is the primary service rendered in our facility by Registered Physiotherapist Clarisa de la Cruz, complimenting other services such as Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Manual Osteopathy.
Pelvic Floor Muscles - Do you find yourself constantly feeling like your pelvic floor muscles are fatigued, tight, or sore? The best way to prevent this from happening is by doing exercises for the pelvis. These exercises will target and strengthen these muscle groups in order to ensure that they stay healthy throughout time.
Instead of limiting yourself to crunches and sit-ups, give your abs a workout with an exercise that is less commonly used. The elastic band straight leg raise (SLR) works on the rectus abdominis muscles which are located right next to each other in two parallel bands under your skin.

Having an osteoarthitis is not easy.I have it for years and recently it was getting worse so I decided to go back to Proactive Health Care Physio. After having twelve sessions, I feel a lot better and now I'm back doing double shifts from my job.Actually I was under the care of Proactive Health Care Physio last year due to other parts of my body that needed physio therapy.I would like to thank the very caring staff for the job well done especially to Clarisa, the physio therapist. Mrs Clarisa and all of her staff are AMAZING! Everyone is super nice and very considerate to how you're feeling. I was involved in a car accident and was nervous about what to expect, having never been in this situation before. I've been going to this clinic for month now both for Chiropractic and massage therapy. Very professional staff who are all wonderfully friendly.
