Kinderland Education and Childcare Centre provides quality care and educational programs in a safe and nurturing environment. Services
Kinderland Education and childcare centre provides care for children from the ages of 12 months. Our hours of operation are 6:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. We are open all year and closed for statutory holidays including Family Day. Our safe comfortable environment make Kinderland the perfect place for children to learn, play and discover.
Most of our teaching staff have been with us for many years and have extensive experience caring for young children. Our teaching staff are registered Early Childhood Educators and are members in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators. As owner operators we use a direct hands on approach concerning the day to day management of the centre, regularly offering support while monitoring activities and programs.
Age appropriate educational programs are implemented through games, group activities, drama and interactive learning. Children's programs are planned on a weekly basis and displayed on the parent board in all classrooms. The activities listed are incorporated in the weekly program in each classroom for each age group.
Montessori Education is fundamentally a model of human development and an educational approach based on that model. Having children be at liberty to choose and act freely within an environment will engage the student, having him or her participate and maintain focus. Quite often they will return to the preferred activity of their choice.
