Bad experience overall, and my first time personally eating at Gustos. My friend recommended we ordered from them because she’s went for pick up a few times. So we ordered two pizzas for delivery, 4 toppings for each but I only selected 3.
The pizzas came over cooked, and what appeared to be 1 topping, so skimpy for cheese (one was triple cheese so you’d expect it to be cheesy and warm, it was dry and over cooked). My friend said this is NOTHING like pick up - this pizza is gross.
It was very mediocre, I told my friends there is no taste? No taste for the marinara sauce, no flavour from cheese

Absolutely pathetic service and management. Ordered a pizza at 4:45pm and it arrived at 7:15pm. Pizza was stone cold. We sent it back with the driver. And that was after 4 calls to the store. Manager barely offered an apology.
No, a quarter inch of snow doesn't take 2.5 hours. I'm pretty sure the pizza was forgotten about and sent out after the 3rd time we called.
I couldn't recommend this place any less. If it was possible to give no stars I would.

We ordered the wings and were pretty disappointed. The wings themselves were good, but the sauce was awful. We ordered medium sauce and it came with what looked and tasted like a tomato sauce with a bunch of spices in it. It honestly tasted awful. First, don’t call it medium sauce. Second, who puts tomato sauce on chicken wings?!

Pizza is good, It's not a chain restaurant so their prices are more reasonable. They put the cheese on the top of their Pizza instead of underneath the ingredients. Personal choice, I like that others don't. Wings are average. I've had better and worse. Salads are green and not wilted. Don't however waste money on nochos. Most places they come in a med. Or lg. Pizza box. Theirs is in a small and is a joke. It's a child's portion. Not nearly enough chips. They are generous with toppings but not enough chips to fill an average adult. Delivery takes over an hour. Most staff are nice some idiots but

It was a night-mare for me they made me pay for my pizza and refused to give it to me my order. Reason for that wasn't my name on the order didnt match up to what i had ordered. then the manager argued with me it wasn't my order. And would not give my money back, He told me it wasn't my order. Because my son ordered it. My children had to go without their meal..YAY. I am never going back to that rip off place again... they have lost my business .I shouldn't even give them one star

Used to order from them but had the most incompetent employee that took three phone calls (3 separate people) to order one large pizza, 2 pops, and a dipping sauce… then when my boyfriend picked it up she said there was no pops or dipping sauce… then had to call back because it was not included. The girl kept saying the delivery driver was on his way but didn’t even know where we lived? Pure confusion. Decent pizza but that was such a painful time I will not be ordering from there again.
