I’m telling state forward guys, I was very excited to eat food there with my girlfriend. We went there and started to eat pizza. It was very bad..one of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was soggy and veggies quality was worst. I called them and told, they even didn’t feel sorry. Common you should have treated your customers like this and if you did any mistake…instead to feel proud better to say sorry. They put it wrong toppings and half cooked….please who ever reading this don’t go state forward. It’s not a place to try something new.

EDIT: after posting my original review, the restaurant reached out to me to offer credit to give them another chance. this time the food only took about a half hour to arrive; for me the food itself was still not something that i'd go out of my way for, but i am very impressed with the customer service. i increased my rating due to the pleasant employees attempting to resolve the issues i had with my order.
ORIGINAL: although i had high hopes due to reviews, i unfortunately had an awful experience all around. the delivery took over TWO HOURS to arrive from the when i placed it through their website

The best pizza I ever had in London, ON. The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose.. Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast too.. Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

Amazing panzerotti. Soo huge! They are VERY generous with their portions!
the breading was delicious as well as all the ingredients.

Prices were a bit high for my liking initially then I tried the garlic bread and a calzone (huge and packed with toppings unlike most places). Best I've had in ages. I've been looking for a great pizzeria and this is the place. Looking forward to trying the pizza.

So so soooo goood !! Ugh , best ever . I ordered plenty of times from here lol it’s that good . Big portions , food was hot when it arrived , tasted clean and seasoned .. YUMMMMY

I love this place. My favourite pizza is the Roasted Mushroom and goat cheese. They really pay attention to quality - the dough is light and chewy, and the tomato sauce is super flavourful. The service here is excellent as well - they always go above and beyond to help you out!

Delicious authentic thin crust pizzas, great value and accountable service. Pizzas for pick up ready on time, even during busy hours, and offered 10% pickup discount. Favorites are the Meat lover and Alfredo chicken.

Going 4star instead of 5. Maybe get 5 next time :)... Going 4 star because the BBQ chicken pizza had virtually no sauce. The chicken was great the onions more of a caramelized onion very good but not what what my taste buds were expecting. This was my first time going here. Was impressed with variety of toppings, sauces and crust choices (do the marinara super good!). Was very fast for a Friday night! Reheats good too. Sufficient amount of tasty cheese. Cesar salad was o.k... Lacked sauce and croutons were just very generic and big. Overall 4 stars but will happily try it again.
