We have strict health and safety measures in the clinic. For all new assessments, forms will be sent virtually, therefore limiting the contact with reception once on site. We are screening patients before they attend their session. You do not need to call the clinic before coming in for your appointment.

The staff at the Kensington location were incredibly friendly and professional. There was a mix-up when I called in to book an appointment and ended up booking in the St.Albert location instead, but the receptionist got it sorted out right away when I got there.

An absolute team of professionals. After a car accident I was in not-so-good shape. Moe & his team have helped me get back to running, playing basketball, & lifting weights again. I have been attending Kensington Active physio Works for several years now and have received both physiotherapy and massage therapy. My Massage Therapist Megan Scott (Woodward) has been nothing short of excellent ! Her professionalism and expertise in her chosen field is second to none. She has helped me through some varied and complex health situations . After my mastectomy I was left suffering with lymphedema and if it wasn’t for her knowledgeable treatments I would not get the relief from the pain snd swelling that occurs on a regular basis. She is a wonderful example of an excellent health

Megan is an incredibly talented, strong, and intuitive massage therapist that has really listened to my concerns so she can provide the best treatment for me and actually applies the pressure I ask for. I work in construction and she has been vital in keeping my body going and moving without pain or strain.

I have been attending Active Physio works in Kensington for a little over 2 years now and Megan my massage therapist goes above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and make time for my appointments whether she's scheduled to be there or she comes in on her own time. I have never not left her appointments more relaxed and less tense with less pain than when I went in. Hats off to Megan, you guys are lucky to have her. :)

Tasha, Ed and Moe are knowledgeable and professional . From the moment I started my treatment they gave my injuries the attention required and taught me the necessary exercise's to move foreword. The clinics atmosphere is great with a almost family feel, as even the receptions, masseuses' and techs want to help you progress with your ailments. Management is ready to help resolve any issues you have. I enjoy my time with them and look forward to seeing them each and every appointment.
