Services
Report the accident to your insurance company. You will be required to complete an AB-1 Form, which must be submitted within 10 business days of your accident. The form can be provided to you by your insurer; if not, we have the form available for you. You may choose whether you would prefer a Physiotherapist or a Chiropractor to be your primary health care practitioner (who will complete your initial assessment and manage your care plan).
Very friendly and professional team. The facility is well maintained and hygiene is very important to the staff. Dr. Kim is a very engaged and kind individual with a wealth of knowledge. He explains each step as he goes to provide context as well as to prepare the patient for any discomforts. A little hard to find, but very professional.
Both Physiotherapists and Chiropractors are primary health professionals. As such, you do NOT need a physician's referral to see one of our physios or chiros. However, you might require a doctor referral for submitting your claim to an Extended Health Benefits plan, in order to get reimbursed.
Chiropractic services are partially covered for Alberta seniors enrolled in the Coverage for Seniors health benefit plan (sponsored by Alberta Health and administered by Alberta Blue Cross).We have designated handicap parking spaces, accessible bathroom, and elevator in the building for your convenience.

I have been a patient here for 2 years and quite honestly this is easily the best facility of its kind I've experienced to date. The booking process is simple, the receptionists are friendly and accommodating, and there are a variety of practitioners from different disciplines.
I have been seeing Melissa for needling and physio treatments and she is simply amazing. Friendly, energetic, and fantastic at her job. I have seen some great results with chronic pain and posture issues.
Recently I saw Dr Kosta for a lower back and neck problem and was thoroughly impressed with his extended initial assessment

Had my naturopathic first visit with Dr. Trieu today and wow! She goes above and beyond to get as many details as possible to ensure your health journey is comprehensive and targeting the key areas of focus. I look forward to seeing her next month after following my initial treatment plan and going from there. She stayed with me an extra 30 mins to make sure all bases were covered. She is very detailed and drew out diagrams to explain further. Previous Dr’s I’ve went to would take less than 10 minutes to then prescribe some medication and move onto the next person. This is NOT the case at all

I've tried the Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist at this location and the quality of service is pretty good. However, the front administration staff has unprofessional service which has pulled my rating down from 4 to 2 stars. The front desk never smiles and doesn't acknowledge you when you come in. They are not friendly and are unprofessional. I arrived 10 minutes early and apparently the front staff never advised the service provider that I was here so I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes for nothing.

Natalee was not only a pleasant young lady but was also very good at targeting and working on the problem areas I was experiencing! She did more for me in 30 minutes than I have had done in over 60 minutes with other therapists! She was thorough, perceptive and conscientious about ensuring I was comfortable throughout the massage. I would highly recommend her as a massage therapist. So pleased with the experience, I've booked a number of follow-ups with her already! PS - It wasn't Benji who had the pleasure of the massage, it was his wife Wendy but he may be next in line!

The only thing I can say is experience this clinic for yourselves! Health & safety protocols are quite stringent & one can only feel very comfortable in this establishment. I've been treated by Abby (Deep Tissue Massage) & Tamara (Acupuncture). Both VERY qualified & skilled in their crafts & I always look forward to my sessions!

Forward Physiotherapy is a fantastic place to go especially in North Edmonton. They are welcoming and knowledgeable. My services have been with Tamara and she is awesome. I was nervous doing acupuncture but she helped ease my nerves and has an amazing demeanour and wants to help. I’ve already made followup appointments with her!
