I have called maybe 5+ times over the course of 2-3 weeks trying to get a hold of Mr. Scarfone. I understand that right now might be a difficult time, but none of my "messages" ever came back. I never got called back for leaving my name and number. How can I evaluate a service when I cannot even REACH the service?

Mr. Scarfone and Tracey both went above and beyond in assisting my wife and I with our immigration matter. They both were very knowledgable, honest, and very quick to respond with requests and updates.
