My previous work experience has been in the accounting field, however I like the opportunity to be able to step away from dealing with just numbers and be able to meet with people on a more personal basis. I have a wide variety of interests and activities that I enjoy, but cherish spending time with family and friends, especially summers out at our trailer.

Services
Please be as descriptive as possible. For appliance problems, please include the make and model (usually found on the back of the appliance). Does Elite have permission to enter the unit and complete the service when no one is home? If you answer 'no, ' a resident MUST be at home from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM on the assigned service day.

Our concerns about Elite Property Management Inc owned by Linda and Jim Van Wyk include;
Billing for services that were not done, or not relevant to our property.
Adding new fees or increasing fees without notice. Our contract stated a fee of 8%
but the bills ranged from 8-15% depending on the surprise add-ons.
Did not respond to emails or voice messages from us or from people replying to the rent ad.
Poor quality of work;
-rent ads with spelling errors, wrong rent amount, incorrect property description,
-invoice errors,
-emails with incorrect details,
-failure to advertise our property

Do not hire this company to handle ANY of your properties. My parents made arrangements to rent our home and have this company manage the renters. When renting the property, I arranged to leave my solid wood, round dining room table in the space for renters to make use of. I found out that the table was taken from the property by the company even though we agreed contractually that the table was to remain. The company has not explained how an 8ft table with glass top could disappear and has not offered compensation for the item. I am extremely frustrated by this lack of professionalism and responsiveness

These people are only here to make your life harder. Repair will be left unfinished, and if a big deal is made, they will do what they can to try and remove you. Keep the Residential Tenancies Branch number close, and be ready to fight for your rights.
Hope you don't have to talk to someone in charge, because they will avoid you more often then not.
They WILL try to submit legal forms to remove you, but they likely will be invalid since they are unaware of how to properly submit paperwork or end leases.
