Our experience with Globe Property Management was seamless. Moving from Ontario to a province we've never been to was hectic enough, but they made the application process smooth and quick. The real gem however, has been our Resident Manager at Kelly House. Shaun has been amazing at making this moving process as hassle free as possible. His willingness to help and responsiveness has been bar none. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to get the place ready and help us settle in. If we could give more than 5 stars we would just because of the excellent customer service, and just overall

Teresa is always pleasant and courteous whenever I have spoken to her.
She keeps the place very clean. Any mess that I have seen is always taken care of promptly.
Whenever I have had questions or concerns she has been helpful and efficient.
I would say that does her job very well.

I don’t normally post a review but my property manager Shaun at Kelly house deserves the recognitions for his work. The amount of work and pressure Shaun handled during the parkade construction, I don’t think any other property manager would be able to do that. I see this man going above and beyond to keep his tenants happy. Some of the examples are, I bought a new car which didn’t fit in the temporary parkade during the construction and I thought of getting a street parking pass till our parkade is ready. Shaun advised me not to spend money on getting a parking pass and instead gave me his

I’m writing this review in appreciation for Bob&Colleen at Dakota tower. I rented a one bedroom suite for 2.5 years.From the day I met them till now, they have been a perfect example of building managers. They are always there for me any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. They will fix or replace anything as top priority for you. Not only does Bob&Colleen care for their tenants but the building as well. They are constantly making the building safer and pleasant every day/week/month. Most of all, they treated me with such respect and professionalism.

My name is Joanne. I have lived at Norvilla Apts. for ten years. The bldg. is owned by Globe Property Mgt. since February of 2021.
I am very impressed with this company and staff. When I have called the office, the staff was very friendly and able to answer my questions. They are very professional. Globe Mgt. has been on the top of it when it comes to the safety of the building and with rules concerning covid.
When the company took over in February 2021 the property manger Caroline Mehra took the time out to introduce herself to all the tenants. She is a very friendly person and takes the time

We have been residents of Hamilton Park Plaza for 16 years, however, tenants of Globe Property Management for approximately 3 years at which time Globe acquired the property.
In the beginning, I know it must have been difficult for them, as they needed to familiarize themselves not only with the property but also the tenants. Don’t ever rent at their property. You will get a huge bill when you move out. This is how they reward their tenants. I could have given zero star but there is no such option here.

Well to answer the other question regarding unpaid rent and damage. That damage was caused by the sewerage backup that we have to pay. And how can you suppose us to live in an apartment full of sewerage water. It happened in the evening

We have been living at Kelly House for about 8 years now and are very satisfied. To start I want to say that I absolutely love my apartment, however I do recognize that NO PROPERTY is perfect. Buildings need to be fixed, and sometimes that inconveniences me in some way (the alternative is to not have my building fixed and have problems later - I much prefer the proactive approach). Our current landlord is friendly, kind and hardworking. He has kept the place clean and the garbage taken care of, been responsive to questions and open to conversation. It goes without saying that no matter what building

Miranda - Resident Manager - Century Grants
I have been living with globe for several years now, barely deal with management itself .I would really like to thank Miranda our care taker,who has always been there whenever we need to get any stuff fixed, or if have any issues in our apartment, for all quick phone responses. Once we had a rent issue and was very hard to be in touch with globe itself, i talked to her and she solved my problem within a day by getting in touch with them. She is such a wonderful person, i wanted to shift to some bigger apartments, due to such a wonderful experience living

The crappiest company ever!
Lived in one of their apartment buildings. They never gave 24 hours notice of showing the apartment, sometimes they would just show up at our door with people without any notice saying they are coming in to show the apartment. Make you have your apartment professionally cleaned and threatened that if it is not up to their standards that they will keep your damage deposit and charge you for extra cleaning costs.
ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM! Unless this is your only option please, for your sake, look else where.
