These two stars are only for Zoreh and the other nurses who are very kind. The clinic itself is small but clean and the layout is good/efficient. The doctor herself...... Omg. Major thumbs down. I disliked my visits there and was always very intimidated by her. I went there for a year simply because it's close to my house and my cousin sister had a successful pregnancy with Dr. Fay. But she is not the doctor for me. If you are young and new to your fertility journey and understanding your body and have lots of questions, you won't get answers here. But if you're like older and ready to just go

Please avoid this clinic. Ladies if you are struggling to get pregnant I know it is already a sensitive time for you. A time where you need good and compassionate professionals around you to help you in your journey towards pregnancy.
I can tell you that if you seek treatment in this clinic you will incur undue stress, be disrespected and even harassed which is not good for your pregnancy journey.

My experience at First Steps Fertility, with Dr. Weisberg and the clinic staff as a whole was absolutely amazing. I had come from a previous clinic where I had an extremely bad experience in terms of care, transparency and communication - coming to First Steps Fertility was such a relief.
Dr. Weisberg was also transparent abut results and steps. When things didn't work, she was genuine in her response and was always optimistic that there were other options to take. I had a few procedures that she herself did and she was excellent. Whenever I was at the clinic, she would always remember my name

I have to say this is my first public review as I really want to make people aware of how BAD this place and doctor is, so please save yourself time and money not going there!. First, Dr. Fay is very inconsiderate, unprofessional and rude. She does not care at all about her patients and concerns. I have to say the first time I met her I knew she wasn't the right doctor for me, I still went 3 more times but that was enough for me to go somewhere else instead. If you doctor refers you to go to this clinic, PLEASE ask to be referred somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time, energy

Rude front line staff. Just got a call and the girl would barely let me speak, she just demanded that I write down what she was saying. When I finally got the chance to ask her where she was calling from I got a rude and condensending "from Dr. Weisberg's office".
I told her that I had been trying to call but would only get a busy signal every time, she responded with "yeah, that is normal" and a so-what attitude. Imagined having to call in sometime in the future and not being able to get anyone! I told them to not bother with my appointment. I don't have time to deal with those kind of people

If you get recommended by your family doctor going to this clinic, don't bother! They are just there for your $$$. It will get you to do tones of ultrasound and blood work and to the end, they will tell you it's your problem that you will not able to have a baby unless you do the "Intra-uterine Insemination" which, will cost you hundreds! They don't even know if you have taken the pills yet, or should you be taking the pills! They give to you anyways! Caz that would cost you! They will give you suppositories even they are not sure you are pregnant! You will waste your time to going there and the

The doctors and nurses are insensitive, unprofessional, cold, and treat you like a number. Daily cycle monitoring is a money-making scheme! There are alternatives. We attended between 2014 and 2016. After going to another fertility clinic within Ontario, we realized the difference between quality service and one that is only there simply as a business. We realized our gut feelings about this place since day one were accurate. We would never recommend.

Dr Fay Weisberg was frankly unprofessional from start to finish with our frozen embryo transfer. She would only have minimal contact with our surrogate who had medical questions she needed her to answer and Dr Fay sent her medication loose in a brown envelope so that it arrived crushed and unusable.

Dr. Weisberg and her team were incredible in helping us with our fertility. I was first struck with how much dr. W cared about helping us. She listened to our story and I felt she truly wanted to see us have a baby. She cared and she gave honest advice about what would help us achieve our goal. I didn't want to hear stats. I wanted someone to tell me what we needed to do. ..not a bunch of stats and the need to make a choice. Dr. W knew her stuff and I was confident in being able to turn our troubles over to her.
