Chau and Holly are a "husband and wife" team who combine their skills and experience in hair colour and design here at Phenomena Hair Design in Surrey, a hair design salon they opened in 2007. As a Schwarzkopf professional trained here in Vancouver, Chau is an experienced hair colour stylist who offers meticulous attention to detail and takes great pride in his results - you will too!
Chau has been my hair stylist for over 8 years and I have been a loyal customer at Phenomena Hair Design since it opened 5 years ago. He has always been great at making suggestions and is open and willing to lend his expertise and knowledge about what would look best for you. It's nice to be able to fully trust the work of your stylist.

I had my japanese permanent hair straightening yesterday at phenomenal hair design. They did fantastic job. I love my hair shiny and silky. Highly recommend.

This salon is phenomenal so they sure chose the perfect name to describe there work ethic and professional standards not to mention their quality of work and cleanliness. I would also like to comment on the comment below from a lady named Sofia Princesa. I was present when this situation occurred. I was appalled to see the way this young lady was behaving them moment she entered the salon. She was extremely rude when asking for her service the owner continued to speak to her with great empathy and consideration. I watched her as she was telling him what she wanted done and he actually cut a bit

I went in to get my hair fully bleached for the first time and cut off 6 inches. I was concerned that my brown/grey hair would not lighten enough to my satisfaction but the result far exceeded my expectations. Both stylists were very professional, efficient and super friendly. Masters of their craft. Every one loves my new look especially me . Thank you so much.

What an amazing experience. First time trying this salon as my usual salon is now out of business. The owners make it feel like you are walking into a friends house.
