Mike and Tyler are always great and very professional. The work they do is amazing. Also my stepson last year spent a day there to see if physiotherapy was what he wanted to do for a career. He is now enrolled in it! Great people , great atmosphere to heal your aches and pains!

I have been going to Empower Physiotherapy in Lr. Sackville for many years. I continue to go there for treatment because of the knowledge & professionalism of staff, cleanliness of facility, & the ability for me to be seen when I need to be. My physiotherapist , Lorraine , is fantastic . She has been helping me for years . Her kindness , knowledge and support is extraordinary . Lorraine talks to me about my pains and ailments and listens to what I say ! She puts me at ease , has genuine interest in my progress and encourages me when I am struggling with my exercises ! I know my recovery is successful , in part , by having her support !
The receptionist is welcoming and always eager to help if I have concerns or need to reschedule .
I am thankful to have the Empower staff as my Physiotherapy team .

I met with Karen Landry re my carpal tunnel surgery. She took the time to explained my procedure more than what my surgeon did. She gave me exercises which after 3 days have improved my pain and motion.

I dislocated my shoulder 4 weeks ago and started physio 2 weeks ago. I could hardly move my arm and fingers. They gave me exercises to do that helped me tremendously as I did them daily at home and also gave me information on why I was numb. They not only are helping me to have full use of my whole arm and hand but mentally made me feel better as I am very active and work out daily. They created a workout that makes me feel mentally stable and happy to have a routine as I am use too.

Karen, my OT, took great care of me. With the injury to my wrist, she set me up with a wrist widget and exercises to help, and she made sure to check in with me once a month to see how I was progressing. She also let me know when it was no longer required to continue to see her unless my pain worsened, which says a lot for her integrity. Many therapists will keep you coming long after it’s needed so they continue to get paid, but not the case here. Karen is amazing!

My daughter is a dancer and she has been having some ankle pain. Dr. Mike in Lower Sackville was highly recommended so we went to see him. He was super kind and helpful and we are happy we found him. Everyone in the office was friendly. Great atmosphere!
