TR Trades Reproduction Ltd. was established in 1969 by Ron Tomilson and Jack Richardson, the 'T' and 'R' of TR Trades. Two months after the small storefront opened on Vancouver's West 4th Avenue, Harold Duncan joined the business as a delivery driver. Approximately one year later he bought out Jack and Ron to become sole proprietor.

TR Trades is the best! I was in Toronto and had to have some maps printed for an event in Vancouver. Their staff was extremely kind, professional and detail-oriented. We went back and forth a few times throughout the day to ensure my print looked exactly the way I wanted it.

I have been doing business with TR Trades, both professionally and personally, for 20 years. Without fail, their work is exceptional, no matter sizes and quantities, no matter requests and requirements, no matter demands and deadlines. Staff members are courteous and professional. I had asked TR to restore a large rare Warhol Photo photo from 1969 with extensive water damage etc. They were in constant contact sending proofs for my comments. The end result was fabulous!! Kevin really paid attention to detail and my requests!!!

Our company was in the market for some new decals to go on the outside of our Pelican cases, and we had initially wanted to have individually cut letters. After talking with Tom, he told us that if the cases were black, the black background would look great.
TR Trades charges a small graphic design fee, which is standard in the industry, and then they charge for the actual decal production. Getting quotes from other places really showed how reasonable TR Trades was; spoiler: some were more than double the cost, for the same amount.

I was recommended this place by another printing company due to size of the file. Nicole was amazing on the phone and gave me all the information I needed before coming all the way down.
I came here to get some prints done and some concert posters re-printed due to insurance from a flood last year.
They were one of the few places in the city that has a large enough scanner than can scan direct from an original which was appreciated.
Super friendly service.
There was a bit of a wait, however, worked on my zine in their lounge.
