I ordered a batch of 100 custom vinyl stickers for a small group in my office and everyone absolutely LOVED them! The first order arrived in less than a week from payment. Due to popular demand, I re-ordered 1,000 more stickers of the same design which arrived 2 days after purchase! I just ordered business cards for several of my team members and we used Jukebox Print for the first time. I just received them in the mail and I'm ecstatic! They are better than I expected! The look, the feel, the quality is superior and I absolutely love the packaging! I had some issues that stemmed from my end and Ian was so helpful, kind, responsive, friendly, and professional and a huge help! I will definitely recommend Jukebox Print to everyone I know! (no one is paying me for this review, btw. I'm seriously THAT happy with the product and experience!)

Jukebox literally has my heart. Loved the quality of labels and business cards we got from there, splendid customer service too. We ordered a batch of 1000 business cards and there was an issue with the printing (not quality), having sent them the photos of the received product, they immediately accepted that they see the reprint issue too and offered to send us a completely new batch with rectified and necessary changes without any additional cost. This is the second time our company is doing business with them and I can make sure we will work together in the future as well!

Katrina not only took the time to ask all… the right questions, she double checked to make sure I had a product which would adhere well to the vinyl tire cover and be protected from the sun.
She then had me send her a file and checked out to make sure it would work for what I needed. To make it even better, she set up the order on their site and gave me a link to it, so I didn’t have to worry about making a mistake and

Really bad customer service experience. I ordered a print and it was delivered by UPS to my door at my home, but I vnever recieved it it was stolen. I understand that part isnt Jukeboxs fault, however, when I inquired about this I was told nothing could be done until the UPS did its investigation, which takes about two weeks. I needed to product now so I ordered it locally instead becasue Jukebox didnt offer to reprint the product and told me I was going to have to wait( wait for what exactly I dont know). In my 38 years of life I have had two other packages stolen out of 100's of ordered

I never write business reviews, but Jukebox deserves a good one. The order was well-packaged, and the quality is extremely good for what I paid. My only nitpick is that the silk matte can render small text slightly fuzzy, but that's probably more because of the product material. A heads up might have lead me to increase the font size, but I am overall impressed and satisfied.

My name is Karla and I put in an order for my first art book for an art book fair this weekend. I paid to have it prepared for Thursday but long story short there were problems with proofs and I was told to pick it up today. Along with my art I am a full time vet tech at a busy emergency and referral hospital so unfortunately didn't make the… closing time at 530pm today. I put so much work into this and it is literally so heartbreaking that it appears I can't get a hold of anyone until Monday. There are no other options and I really wish if this was the case I would have had a phone call

Great and friendly service! Conveniently located. They have samples of every card in their shop in Manhattan, so I'd recommend going to the store and seeing/touching each for yourself. It made choosing a card super easy and you got to see what other capabilities they have other than cards! Charlie was the best :)

Jukebox was extremely fast, effective, and accommodating! They made sure I received my cards with a quick turn around despite the fact that I missed the instructions about pick up! My cards were super reasonably priced, customer service was easy to contact and extremely helpful! And Charlie was lovely and generous with his time and patience and really helped me out! 10/10!
