They were able to duplicate/reproduce my framed picture: reprint the picture, add a plaque (something similar), add a message and a frame on a tight schedule (about 1.5 week or less). It was not an exact duplicate but it was similiar and more modern. Loved it. Michael you were awesome. Another framing company company recommended Tricera. Thank You.

I am beyond impressed with this print shop. I chose someplace close to the artist I commissioned in order to have the work collected easily to be signed and sent to me. I had a Giclée print done for this one of a kind artwork, in a matte finish, and the artwork turned out so beautifully. The artist was just as impressed with it and gushed when he was telling me about it.

These guys were amazing! We wanted a large 40" x 60" landscape picture based on our own image file. They were very knowledgeable and we didn't just get somebody to fire off a print for us but we got advice on the whole process from the canvas, the frame, the ink, the coating, everything. As a result, we ended up with a beautiful piece for our living room! Will definitely use them again in the future.

We've been using Tricera for 4 years now, their service is excellent! They do a good job at making you feel like part of the team. I've never had to print any large scale, high quality photos before, and decided to try Tricera because of their excellent Yelp reviews . I walked in not really knowing what to expect, but right away Michael waved me behind the counter and plugged in my usb to one of their computers. There's so much fear when it comes to printing because I know nothing and all I've dealt with is rude attitude with dissapointing results from staples. THEY ARE SO NICE AND COULD SMELL MY NEWBNESS WHEN I WALKED IN! Totally professional but totally sweet.
They even opened my files and asked me to check if the colors showed up right! WHERE WERE U STAPLES ON THAT CALL! They even suggested paper that would work with my color choices and explained why it wouldn't work as well on other paper.

I've actually never written a Yelp review before, but had such a good experience with Tricera that I felt compelled to! I was dreading going through buying a higher end printer, shuddering at the thought of having to talk to sales people at one of the big box stores. When I started looking online to see what my options were, I discovered a small but professional looking company, and gave them a call. They were super helpful on the phone so I decided to go for it and head over there...

I came in here needing a quick job done to print out a photo for eventual framing and these guys were great -- super helpful on the phone, and then when i got there we loaded up my image and they played around with it, with me. helped me choose the right paper, recommended a great framer. wonderful.

If you use Epson printers or need a LARGE photo printed this is the place to go. They control Epson products in town to the point where other shops don't bother carrying Epson photo papers because people in the know go to Tricera. I get my inks for my photo printer there and have had work done by them on prints larger than my 13x19 printer can handle. Great staff and if they are not busy they will print while you wait and drool over their pro printers. They have a parking lot beside the building and are upstairs, open week days and Saturdays.
