Excerpt from Wood Floor Business Magazine: Sometimes it seems like all the glory in the wood flooring industry goes to the stunning projects of the installers. But at WFB we thought we should also recognize some of the retailers in the industry who do a stellar. Throwback to 2013: Woodchuck Flooring completed a Commercial Installation for the new Anthropologie Retail Store at Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto.
In most cases if a person has basic carpentry skills they can install a hardwood floor themselves. Often the only equipment needed is a hammer, nail set, and a table-saw. Some installation methods require use of other equipment (such as a pneumatic nailer), check with one of our sales associates. Always follow the manufacturer's directions.

Awful customer service. Sales staff will push to buy extra material and management will deny the return of unopened boxes that were purchased at full price. Will not accept responsibility for miscalculation of required material based of presented floor plan. As an alternative sales staff suggested "to sell on kijiji" nonexistent customer service in 2021...

Bought our second home and wanted to do hardwood flooring on our upstairs. We were looking into and contacted several flooring companies - as any consumer would... Woodchuck Flooring was by far the best! Dealt with Jamie at Woodchuck - he was knowledgeable, professional, provided unbeatable pricing and quick to respond to all questions and concerns. It made the purchase and our decision easy from start to finish and without hesitation! I would highly recommend these guys on your next flooring project.

We purchased our hardwood flooring from the team at woodchuck and have been thoroughly impressed with the results. We had an idea of what we were looking for, but with a little advice on the types available to us, we found a better finish for our floors. Pricing was competitive, service was excellent, and delivery was on time. Completely satisfied and would use them again.
